The sheets and towels were clean, but that was it. There was dirt and goo on the floors, the counters hadn't been wiped down before we arrived, chair and rugs were stained. We luckily had chlorox wipes with us, and we left it better than we found it.

The shower had no curtain, there were no washcloths to use. Had to ask for hairdryer. Some of the lights did not work. The corners in the elevator had noticeable amount of dirt. Considering it was the least expensive hotel in that particular area, we got what we paid for. It just suited our needs.

I never leave reviews but this property was terrible. I am hoping I didn’t get bed bugs. There were mouse traps all over the room and two pillows that looked like they should have been for my 1 year old daughter they were that small. Very dirty, I am not sure if the room was cleaned beside the bed being made. They almost cancelled my reservation because they oversold the hotel, I also checked in at midnight so that was an odd comment to me by the front desk since I checked in so late. Thank god I was only there 6 hours. I get this is a budget friendly hotel but it was bad.

This is no way a condemnation of the staff of this hotel. They were all very polite, and clearly doing the absolute best they could with what they are given. However the hotel itself is extremely rundown. The countertop was pulled up and a nail hanging out out. There were lantern flies in our room (both alive and dead) and our shower didn’t work. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Terrible property, would never stay again. Upon arrival, the window was open, which allowed numerous bugs to be moved into my room already. Sheets and blankets were subpar, no trashcan, no toiletries, and a very bad odor, both inside the room and throughout the entire property.

Hotel was filthy. I experienced 4 different odors on the walk up to the room, which also had a variety of funk. Every drawer had stains in it. The fridge was old and dirty. No restrooms in the lobby. There were people randomly laying in the hallways. They keep the trash in the stairwells and that too creates a nasty stink. All the floors were sticky whether carpeted or not. Complete dump. More like an old apartment building than a hotel.

I arrived and was told that Expedia overbooked and I didn’t have a room. Then I was told I could have a different room. When I got into the room it was dirty. When I turned down the bed I found blood on the sheets and there were fingernail clippings on the counter. My room got changed but I couldn’t sleep due to being grossed out. Will not recommend Expedia or this hotel.

The bathroom was off the hinges. The room door didn't shut unless you pushed/pulled it hard. If not paying attention, you could be robbed because the door was ajar. I had my 1 year old child in the room and there was no heat. I went to front desk to ask for maintenance and supervisor. No one was available. Asked for the supervisor to be called. To no avail. Desk clerk would not put her on the phone. Nor were there any more rooms avail. After 15 minutes back in room, police came to tell me I had to vacate the premises. All because there was no heat in the room. Had to leave room with my baby in the cold, winterlike weather and rain. UNACCEPTABLE. No one will call me back and I was not refunded my money or deposit.

I made a reservation here through Expedia. I needed somewhere to spend the night after a 20 hour day of traveling involving canceled flights and delays. (I ultimately was rerouted to Philly but I live in CT, so I needed somewhere to stay). I had called hours earlier to confirm my reservation and to inform them of my late arrival and ask about an airport shuttle. They said they no longer have an airport shuttle and I would need to take a cab. They made no mention that they were overbooked. When my flight landed after midnight I took a cab to the hotel as instructed. I arrived at about 1:00 am. As soon as I walked in the employee at the front desk said “you’re going to be upset, we have your reservation but we have no rooms. You can call for a refund.” He also said, he had only arrived for work at 11pm and found out then. He then suggested I walk down the street to a different hotel and see if they had any vacancies. He didn’t call ahead and help me find somewhere else to stay. He didn’t call me a cab. He just sent me (a solo female traveler) into the streets at 1:00 am to wander and hope I found somewhere to stay at that hour. At a minimum, the hotel should have informed me immediately that my reservation was cancelled (which apparently happened at or before 11pm) to save me the time and money on the taxi, and allow me to safely find a room from the airport without wandering the streets desperately at 1am. Unacceptable. Avoid extended stay America and Expedia at all costs.

Everything was clean. The room was nice. Hot shower. Everybody was super friendly, even the maintenance guy. Good field to take the dog for a walk in next door. They have bags for the dog mess. I would stay here again
