Extended Stay America Philadelphia - King of Prussia

There was no luggage rack for us, two elderly ladies, to take our luggage upstairs. Clerk said they have 2 but they must be in use. I ordered a queen bed but this was a double. Said when you order thru Expedia, you get a boudle! The soda machine on our floor was broken. Clerk said it was old and often broke! Breakfast set-up was a couple granola bars, weak coffee. Needless to say we found a rest. for breakfast. The United Methodist Church holds many of our conference meetings at Oaks/Valley Forge, but I can assure you I will not book there again.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. The room is very comfortable and a decent size. Did not see shampoo or conditioner was included in the room. Would suggest to include a small package of each one. Also, housekeeping attempted to clean our room twice even though we did not ask for the service.

Breakfast was a joke! Couple of oatmeal bars and apples. Also the plumbing was leaking.

Front desk personnely were especially friendly, cordial, accomodating, happy, cheerful, smiling, and helpful. that started off my stay! Room was big and spacious and new,y renovated. the kitchen aminities were more than expected. i wantst staying but 2 nights, but this is the type of room i like when staying for multiple nights or an extended stay. this was ideal location for my needs - with proximity to many many places. a good value.

My stay was very pleasant.. but.... then I checked out &forgot a very delicate item of mine.. called &let the staff know I left it. They said they will "look out for it" I returnedtwo days later &they still were saying they did not have my blanket (delicate item, kinda big) so yes I am upset I live in cali so when they do notice its there they will probably expect me to pay for it to be sent to me from pa.

This hotel experience was fantastic. The room was beautiful. The cost was affordable. The front desk staff was friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

I travel a lot for business. This is the worst hotel yet. It stunk. Literally, stunk. The smell was so bad, I could not sleep. I went outside and slept most of the night in the car. Many people in the hotel including the staff were cooking some kind of foreign food with an odor so strong I couldn't stand being there. The coffee pot in the room didn't work. There wasn't any hot water in the morning and there wasn't any coffee in the lobby. The front desk staff was slow when they finally found there way back to the desk.

Everything about this hotel was great! Negative reviews must have been written by competitors. Will definitely be back!
