Cons: small boutique hotel
Location: Next to conference centre and markeT st.
Very central hotel, short distance to city centre and local transportation. Clean and tidy, great value

Pros: Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly
Cons: Lack of space for clothing and promised refrigerator not delivered on time.
Location: Location was great for access to city, historic sites
The room had two double beds. There was only one nightstand. No space to store clothing other than one rack in an armoire. Hotel had said they would provide refrigerator for room for guest with food allergy. Refrigerator was not delivered until next day. Bathroom was spacious.

Pros: It was a large corner room which looked out over the city.
Cons: The beds could be improved. they had a dip in the middle.
Location: Located in China town walking distance to city hall but not to historic district.
there are two hotels on race road and the taxi took us to the wrong hotel. Other than that it was a pleasure.

The hotel looks like new or recently renovated. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is very good near Convention Center and major attractions (Independence Historic Park, Masonic Temple, City Hall etc). Good access to public transportation

Not exactly what I was expecting. The rooms are very small. It reminded me of being a cruise ship the where there is enough room for the bed and a cabinet and not much else. The room was clean but you could tell that some updates were needed looking at the grout on the tub and in other areas. The best part of the hotel is that it was in the area I needed to be in and the front desk staff. They all were friendly and helpful, especially Ronda who helped with giving directions.

Excellent location, very nice and clean hotel, staff was willing to watch our bags after checkout so that we could go to neighboring convention center. Only a couple blocks from excellent restaurants in China Town and Readling Terminal Market.

The hotel is in downtown Philadelphia within walking distance to Chinatown, museums, national monuments, the loft district and central market. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Pros: Beds very comfortable. Clean.
Cons: Waitress in restaurant not attentive to ALL customers. A specific customer received the most attention.
Location: Convenient to conference center. Easy to find from highway.
Overall great place! Valet parking is very helpful, but sometimes slow when leaving the hotel. Staff is courteous.
