Good location; overall, just OKPosted Apr 15, 2015
Pros: Location, Customer service was good
Cons: Cleanliness, needs updating
Location: Thumbs up on the location, easy hotel parking
It's reasonably priced and good for an overnight stay in Philly - good location - but overall, the cleanliness and atmosphere/ambiance needs improvement.

Clean hotel close to convention center.Posted Apr 1, 2015
Friendly staff. Clean hotel close to convention center. My daughter plays volleyball and we travel a lot. By far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Convenient Location! Great hotel!Posted Mar 14, 2015
Pros: Proximity to Convention Center and restaurants.
Cons: Continental breakfast included with stay.
Location: Best of all, Convention Center across the street. Reading Terminal Market a block away. Restaurants all around.
We were in town for the Philadelphia Flower Show. Only our second time in Philadelphia. The Convention Ceneter was across the street from the hotel. So convenient! The Reading Terminal Market was a block away and offered a great place to eat and shop. Panera was also close by. Chinatown was two blocks away and there were many restaurants in the immediate area. Museums less than a mile away. After the Flower Show, it was nice to relax in the lounge of the hotel. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

4 Points by SheratonPosted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Not much but the hotel bar was really nice
Cons: Mainly the staff. Also the website does more justice to the hotel than the hotel it'self.
Location: Philadelphia and close to City Center which is a local and tourist attraction
My fiancee and I travel quite a bit. We have run into a snag here and there but nothing like the stay I had at 4 Points Sheraton in Philadelphia. We tried to check in around 5:30pm and was told that we would have to wait because they were sold out the night before and had alot of late checkouts. There website states that checkin is at 3pm. Not to mention that I prepaid and booked the room. I would have thought the hotel would a room that was already paid for atleast ready by 3pm yet alone 5:30pm. The front desk clerk that checked us in was so rude and sullen about her job that we got nothing close to any customer service at all. Parking was the worst. I have stayed at quite a few Sheraton's in the U.S. and this by far was the worst. I normally don't fill out questionairres or surveys regarding my stay at hotels. But 4 Points Sheraton was so dissapointing that I felt compelled to let other consumers know about it.

Worst stayPosted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: Shirley from housekeeping went over and beyond for us.
Cons: Housekeeping in the rooms
Streets of center City philly would have been better. My room was cold - had to switch to another room which was slightly warmer when thermostat was set at 80 degrees. The shower had no shower gel and my son needed to use shampoo to wash with. Parking the car is done across a very busy street costs a lot of money. They have a restaurant in the hotel with a very limited menu and there is no free breakfast even though they have plenty of coffee machines.

Dirty stained bedspread!Posted Feb 7, 2015
Check in was good and staff was nice! Went to the room which is nice, but my bedspread had a big old nasty stain right on it. The next morning I took the note pad and put an arrow on it to the stain and said "GROSS". If you are a light sleeper this isn't a good hotel cause you can hear everything outside and inside. Remind you I was on the 6th floor!
