This ended up being a great place to stay. When I first saw the room, I thought it wasn't going to be the kind of place that I'm used to staying. However, it wound up being a great place to stay and the surrounding neighborhood offers lots of choices in eating, shopping, etc.

Four Points is a fairly new hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. A very good value.

“I should have spoken up”

This was the 2nd time I stayed at 4 POINTS Sheraton and overall it was fine. My problem was that between visits I developed severe back pain and should have spoken up when I was offered a choice of 2 rooms both at the extreme end of the hotel. It was painful whenever I left or came back to have to walk all that distance to do what I had to do. Needless to say I will let them know next time so I can get a room close to the elevator like I had on my first visit.

My huband and I were very pleased with this hotel. The staff we encountered were all very pleasant. We requested extra pillows and had them in no time. The room was immaculate and after the first night the maid left a thank you note for the small tip we had left, that impressed me...... The only negative thing I have to say is watch your credit card statement,they charged my card 250.00 2 days after I had checked out. I called them immediately and they removed the charge and apologized for the error. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. It is a heavy traffic area but close to many restaurants and conveniences. Close to hwy and easy drive to downtown.
