“Classy Hotel”
Love the Philadelphia Four Seasons! Stayed the night after the Susan G. Komen 3Day walk around Philly. The service provided to our family was top notch! The smiling front desk staff, the bell staff and the Spa staff were all incredible! I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again! Thank you!
“Frequent Philly Traveler”
The Four Seasons is resting on its past Laurels. The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. The air conditioning unit was noisy as were the ones in the halls. Some new carpet and paint are needed. The food is still excellent but with many other good hotels in the area they had better step up their game.
“Go for the Service”
Service at the hotel was excellent and the staff really seemed to care about us and our stay. The food was overpriced and pretencious.....who cares if the eggs were from "non-caged chickens." The parking cost more than parking in NYC, come on this is Philly. The bed was too soft. Go for great service, that's the outstanding feature of this hotel
“Perfect Stay”
Not only is the hotel perfectly located in Phila. particularly well situated to enjoy the Phil.Museums but the hotel couldn't be nicer. The staff is extraordinary, the rooms super comfortable and the hotel restaurants are terrific. We look forward to a return visit.
“Not impressed”
I made two reservations. One for a single, non smoking. The second was for two people in a smoking room. Both requests were for two older handicapped ladies. The first person received an enormous room right next to the elevator. The second room was the size of a broom closet - for TWO people, was non-smoking, and was as far from the elevator as a room could be. This was for a handi-capped person who had to struggle to make it back and forth to the elevator with a cane.
“Lovely Hotel in A pleasant vacation”
In some ways, the Philadelphia Four Seasons is a typical Four Seasons, which is a compliment. Largeish very comfortable rooms, friendly and professional employees at all levels and a luxury feeling which some might find a bit stuffy (not me). It's normally quite expensive, but Expedia had a special rate that made the stay quite reasonable. This Four Seasons is a little unusual in that it has an indoor swimming pool and is located just outside of the commercial area. The location, on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway is quite pretty and virtually adjacent to the Franklin Institute and the (soon to be in Philadelphia) Barnes Museum. Yet, because Philadelphia's downtown area is quite compact, most business addresses are within walking distance.
“Great hotel”
Excellent service making reservations for hotel restaurant when it was sold out for desired time.
“3rd Wedding Anniversary”
My wife and I went here for our wedding anniversary, and we had a great time!!We would definitely visit again.
“I'll be back”
Quality is alive and well at Four Seasons in Philly
“Great bar!”
Overall a very nice experience. Room service was excellent but even pricier than I would have expected. The valet was extremely accomidating, bar is top notch. Martinis and bar food were the best I have had anywhere! Clean rooms, well kept, but not exceptionally luxurious. Would stay again.
