Flour Seasons Philadelphia Creekmur Visit

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Add free WiFi. We can get free WiFi in hotels that cost a fraction of this one.
Location: Location is ideal. We could walk or take short cab ride to the convention center, good restaurants and other center city attractions.
First rate facility. Very comfortable. Staff very friendly and eagerly willing to go that extra mile for the guests.

Excellent location

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Location. Great for visiting historic district, shopping district and the Art Museum.
Cons: Service in the lounge.
The location was centrally located for the places we wanted to visit. The gentleman at the Front Desk at Check In and Check Out (same person both times) was superb. He was polite, informative and seemed to really care about us and our experience. The hotel was VERY clean. Our room was quite comfortable. Our only knock - we went to the lounge 3 times. First trip was superb. Politely waited on promptly and with great service. Second time was for dinner. For the first time in my life I actually sent a drink back for a replacement. Other than that the service was fine. Our third trip was at 9 PM when we decided to stop for a few cocktails. We were promptly and politely greeted and waited on. I sipped my drink. When I finished it, I waited over 20 minutes for our waiter to check to see if I wanted another. There appeared to be plenty of staff but perhaps too much conversation among staff and not enough attention to the customers. Ironically, our waiter was working at a frenetic pace but it appeared nobody else was so our service suffered.

Best Service Ever!

Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Great staff members.
Cons: The hotel parking is way to expensive. Charging double the local market rates is not how they should treat guests.
Location: The location couldn't be better for any events on Ben Franklin Parkway/Art Museum area.
We stayed at Four Seasons for our 10 year anniversary and stayed for the big 4th of July festivities in Philadelphia. There was a large concert and many of the performers were also staying at the hotel. Although the hotel staff had to deal with crowd control as these celebrities were coming and going, I always felt that we were treated with the utmost respect. We never had to pull out our room key to prove we were guests, the staff paid enough attention to know who the guests were and made sure we could freely enter and leave the hotel without any delay or obstruction. This had to be a challenge for them but they handled it extraordinarily well.

Great Hotel

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Great staff. Very friendly.
Cons: Smell in hallways
Location: We walked to a show at the Academy of Music on Broad Street. This hotel is close to most sites and shopping.
Only stayed one night. Great sleeping experience. Very quiet, despite center city location.

Nice trip

Posted Apr 18, 2014
Pros: Staff greeted us happily and provided useful tips. Extra care was taken to make my 9 and 7 year old feel welcome.
Location: walking distance to museums, which was our #1 priority.
My son was so happy to feel part of the focus-a teddy bear on the bed and a puzzle left out for him and his sister-that he wrote a thank-you note and left it for the staff to find when they cleaned the room. Evening turn down service was a great perk-too bad they only did it the first night. Overall we had a good experience- it was mostly what I expected.

An excellent, conveniently located hotel

Excellent service all round with friendly and very professional staff. In particular: Chris during lunch, Jennifer and Jake in the late night bar. A most pleasant stay, if somewhat too short!
