Nice hotel in Center CityPosted May 25, 2015
Pros: Complimentary breakfast and gym access
Nice hotel in a convenient location close to SEPTA, Reading Terminal Market, Center City, and chinatown. Best part is the complimentary breakfast and easy access to gym and pool inside the hotel.

The hotel is near restaurants and easy to get too.Posted May 23, 2015
Pros: It is near a lot of things and we were able to get in and out pretty fast.
Cons: I did not like paying $ 35.00 a night for parking.
Location: the market, China town the shuttle that takes you to the visitor centre.
Overall we had a grand time and would stay there again. the staff went out of there way to please us.The front desk person on THURSDAY AM was great and would not take a tip. He said it was his pleasure to serve us.

Not enough towels and washclothsPosted May 11, 2015
When we returned on our second night, we had no towels and had to go to the desk to request. We got towels but we're told they had no more washcloths. Really?

Hotel was quite centralPosted Apr 29, 2015
Nice hotel, was quite central to everything and the free breakfast was yummy. There is free tea and coffee available all day and the Bar opens at 5 with a friendly bartender.

Nice, try Brandywine if ordering inPosted Apr 12, 2015
Liked the hotel. Comfortable for our 2 night visit for our family of 4. We had Brandywine deliver dinner in and it was excellent. Highly recommend it! Biggest draw back for this hotel was there is no parking offered. Lot is halfway down the block and daily parking is $25 ($35 for valet). Overall the hotel and staff were excellent and we would certainly stay here again.

Everything was great but the poolPosted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: Location and room cleanliness
Cons: The pool water needs to be much cleaner than it was.
Location: The location is very central to everything in downtown Philadelphia.
We specifically chose this hotel because our kids wanted to use the indoor pool while we stayed there. Unfortunately, the pool was so disgusting with oily residues floating and lots of skin and hair dispersed throughout the water that we were afraid to use it and catch some disease or fungus. If the hotel advertises an indoor pool, they should take better care of it so that it is in working order. All other aspects of the hotel were pleasant, including a friendly staff and a good location.

Needs updatingPosted Apr 8, 2015
At check in was assigned the wrong type of room. Then the second room smelled of smoke. Finally the third one was correct. Pool area was not keep up. The area around the hotel I didn't feel safe with my children. Finally breakfast was not up to par with other Hampton inns.
