Nice, try Brandywine if ordering inPosted Apr 12, 2015
Liked the hotel. Comfortable for our 2 night visit for our family of 4. We had Brandywine deliver dinner in and it was excellent. Highly recommend it! Biggest draw back for this hotel was there is no parking offered. Lot is halfway down the block and daily parking is $25 ($35 for valet). Overall the hotel and staff were excellent and we would certainly stay here again.

Everything was great but the poolPosted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: Location and room cleanliness
Cons: The pool water needs to be much cleaner than it was.
Location: The location is very central to everything in downtown Philadelphia.
We specifically chose this hotel because our kids wanted to use the indoor pool while we stayed there. Unfortunately, the pool was so disgusting with oily residues floating and lots of skin and hair dispersed throughout the water that we were afraid to use it and catch some disease or fungus. If the hotel advertises an indoor pool, they should take better care of it so that it is in working order. All other aspects of the hotel were pleasant, including a friendly staff and a good location.

Needs updatingPosted Apr 8, 2015
At check in was assigned the wrong type of room. Then the second room smelled of smoke. Finally the third one was correct. Pool area was not keep up. The area around the hotel I didn't feel safe with my children. Finally breakfast was not up to par with other Hampton inns.

Good location. Good value for the price.Posted Mar 29, 2015
Cons: Breakfast selections. Had your own shuttle or shared with another hotel/motel to the airport or train station to catch train to airport.
Thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Would have been better if hotel had their own, or shared a shuttle with another hotel/motel to the airport or train station to catch train to airport.

Location: Chinatown is walking distance, and the food at Chinatown is AWESOME!
The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The room was a little dusty, but the room comfort was OK. During the last day, two of the three elevators broke down and we had to carry our bags down the stairs because the elevator was crowded by the time it arrived on the 6th floor. Overall, for students who are attending conferences at the convention center, the hotel cost is cheap when shared among four students. After all, we were only in the room to sleep and shower.

2015 Philadelphia Flower Show.Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: Within walking distance to the Convention Center and Reading Terminal.
Cons: The Happy Hour menu.
Location: There were no nice restaurants close by. The Philadelphia Flower Show and the Reading Terminal were within a short walking distance.
The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. They all were so polite and very helpful.

Best place to stay for the Philadelphia Flower Sh.Posted Mar 8, 2015
Pros: The staff. They are the best.
Cons: The food choices at happy hour. Should have an open buffet.
Location: There were not enough restaurants within walking distance.
Difficult only on arrival. Not knowing where to park for Valet parking. Everything else was perfect. The staff was so accommodating. Could not ask for anything more. Planning for our trip next year.

Great Philly location--walk to the Liberty Bell.Posted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very attractive and clean. Also a decent breakfast buffet.
Cons: Not sure.
Location: Near Reading Market, the convention center, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Arts, and about 6 blocks from the historical Independence Park area.
A very well-run, comfortable hotel with friendly staff, directly across from the convention center, and within walking distance of the history-laden Independence Park area. Also 2 blocks from the wonderful Reading Market.
