I liked the location but the sink clogged during the night and the shower would not turn off in the morning. Also, they charged for parking even though it was only $4. There are better hotels in the area.

This was my first time staying at this location.The gentlemen at the front desk working both the morning shifts and second shifts were extremely helpful, personal, and had exceptional customer service. (I never met the night shift employee). The room was very clean, the bedding was clean and the hotel overall was clean and the prices were among the best in the area. I travel back and forth from Philadelphia frequently, I will be returning for future visits.

We did not hire a car so this hotel was a good price for easy access to the mall and use of Uber/taxis. Basic but clean and comfortable. Road noise very loud but it’s on a freeway so you can’t expect peace and quiet! The hotel itself was peaceful and a good breakfast provided

The only issue is the noise from the 76. If you stay on the south side, very quiet. The north side there is a lot of noise that is disturbing from the turnpike. Other than that, nice property for the price point.

Traffic noise was an issue in the room. Thin walls also meant we heard the conversations on either side of us and someone’s bathroom sound effects. The room itself wasn’t the best either, possibly having the worst bed I’ve ever used. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Super uncomfortable bed and the room wasn’t the cleanest at check-in. The traffic noise was also unbearable and the walls were thin enough I could hear full-blown conversations in the rooms on either side/bathroom noises of other guests. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

My whole stay the maid service never touched my room. I didn’t receive new towels and wash clothes. They didn’t clean or change my sheets. It was overall a quiet and good experience. I had to ask the maid for towels and wash clothes on day 2 of my 4 day stay. Other than that it was okay.

The hotel is completely generic looking, but it does have a lot of amenities--fridge, microwave, lots of toiletries in a newly refurbished bathroom. But why is there no drinking class in the bathroom--or anywhere? A weird omission.

This was as one-night stay for shopping in the area. It's close to the King of Prussia mall, which is a plus (you could actually walk there, if you felt like it. However, the hotel is situated on a one-way street going south so if you're heading north-bound and need to turn into the parking lot, you have to go to the next light and do an illegal U-turn to get there. That is really the only big negative I have. The hotel is clean, the staff was friendly, there's a free continental breakfast. It's a decent hotel for the price.
