Great location. Noisy guests. Front desk needseork

Excessive noise in adjacent room and hallway until 10pm. Front desk clerk was not friendly and was extremely cold when we had to correct him on giving us wrong room (we reserved king, he gave us double).

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful during my stay. The room was very clean and neat. I slept very comfortable. I will continue to stay at that particular hotel.

Center City Hotel By Jefferson Station Metro

Posted Jan 13, 2015
Pros: Close to center city. The Concierge at the hotel during the evening is a warm, nice person who tries to help guests. She'll give directions to sites.
Cons: Housekeeping at Hotel isn't too interested in getting any additional supplies to your room in a timely manner and little amount of supplies at Front D
Location: Center City Near Jefferson Station and Reading Market-sells meats, produce, wine, ect. Chinatown nearby with many restaurants in area.
Center City Hotel in Philadelphia. Next block is Jefferson Station Metro. That station has a line to the airport for $8. May pay on the train. Another line there for sites within the city or to connect to lines to other sites. Chinatown nearby for restaurants. Near the Philadelphia Convention Center and a Reading market for wine, foodstuffs, ect.
