The hotel is located at a convenient location

Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Very convenient.
Cons: keep the water in the indoor pool clear.
Location: Chinatown, shopping, and the Convention Center.
A lot of college kids staying at the hotel this weekend. The water in the indoor pool wasn't clear. The restaurant staff are great. The sink and bathtub were clogged.

Served its purpose

We were in Philadelphia to visit Temple University and chose this hotel because it was close enough to make our 9am appointment. There is nothing else to recommend this hotel. And parking ... $34/night extra!?! Outrageous!

Nice hotel close to the convetion center.

Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Beds are very comfortable, and the hotel staff very professional.
Cons: Restaurant hours and making certain hallway phones actually reach the hotel front desk in the event of an emergency.
Location: Convention Center, City Hall, Chinatown, Reading Terminal Market, shopping, Wawa, Walgreens and CVS.
Hotel staff was consistently polite, professional and kind. The only thing that I found a little inconvenient was the hours of the restaurant on the 10th floor. Catching a bite to eat in the middle of the day is not an option, but Reading Terminal market is very close.

Convenient location.

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location
Cons: Some maintenance details could be tended to. For example the refrigerator was somewhat noisy and a bathroom fixture needed some repair.
Location: 10 minute walk to the Liberty Bell. 1 minute walk to the fruit market / great cheesesteak / fabulous desserts. Lots of box stores to choose from.
Love the location. Walkable to lots of great attractions, restaurants and the fruit market, smack in the middle of downtown. Close to all sorts of transportation, trains, cabs and not too far from the airport. The building itself is a bit old, but the rooms have been updated. Not perfect, but a great value for the asking price, especially at this location. Nice restaurant with views on the 10th floor. The city has lot's of panhandlers everywhere which is kinda annoying.
