Pros: The service, the food and the staff
Cons: The hotel needs a facelift
Location: It is very close to the airport and close to the city
Love the staff and the food and the services. I think that the rooms need to be improved. The hotel needs a face lift.

A Good Place to Stay

The Hilton is clean and comfortable. A nice place to stay in Philly. They also provided coffee in the room which was good.

Clean, basic hotel

The hotel is very basic, and reminiscent of the 70s. Was clean enough. Bed was rather awful in that the king-sized bed sagged in the middle. Not the most pleasant sleep. Staff was friendly. Amenities such as the pool were closed for maintenance. We didn't plan to use, so didn't care, but patrons with children might have a different opinion.

I make it a point to read and review all guest comments to ensure that our staff is always focused on improving our service and our product. As you did mention, our hotel is a little older. But, we are undergoing renovations in our guestrooms, public spaces and corridors throughout the property. This will certainly bring our hotel a "new" and "fresh" look!!! cannot be a Hilton...

Pros: Comfortable bed, decent cheese steak
Cons: noise insulation, courteous desk staff and house keeping. Understanding that we book a hotel for rest, your house keepers make that hard to get.
Location: nothing within walking distance. You need to rent a car, take a cab, or take the shuttle back to the airport.
Upon checking in the front desk staff were pretty rude. Upon settling in I call the restaurant to place an order, they close at 9pm, it's 8:20pm and they don't answer. I go downstairs and they already have the doors closed despite there being diners inside. No big deal, I order take out from the bartender who is attentive and the food was good. Apparently 8:20 is a bad time at this hotel, because despite the check out being noon, at 8:20 in the morning the cleaning staff started SLAMMING doors, walking through the hallways yelling "HOUSE KEEPING". I was in a caddy corner corridor by the elevators, no one in the room next to me, and the next closest room was no less than 40 feet away in a different direction, so I shouldn't have heard them, they were clearly making themselves heard to expedite getting guests out. Absolutely NO noise insulation in this hotel be it for the hallway or the outised, which I've never seen in an airport hotel.

Airport shuttle every 20 minutes. Excellent service. 24 hours/day Bar and restaurant not modern at all. Food very bad.

OK for business travelers, bad for tourism

Was easy to find and accomodations were appropriatte for a business traveler. For doing tourism is out of standard: We went on the Labor Day weekend and the swiming pool was closed for maintenance. First day we got breakfast at the main restaurant and the buffet was of good quality and variety. The second day the hotel change the room for breakfast and the buffest we had the previous day was missing ... No variety, cold coffe, and more expensive ...?

Pros: all of mt family was able to get rooms
folks were very nice, room was sloppy, used condom in the night stand, shower head too low, tv mostly analog, bed was supposed to be a queen, was actually a double, cops in the hall for disturbance next door
