“Hilton Hotel City Avenue”

Friendly, efficient staff; Room spacious, clean, wonderful view with all the amenities. Well located for us. Computer available 24/7 an added bonus (no code needed to use equipment).

“Great Service”

I stayed at this hotel because it was the location where my seminar was held. The overall experience was very positive. The food was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Customer service was up to par and everyone was nice. If they had the curtains that would shut the outside light, I would have given them 5! I had the room next to the light that illuminated the hotel sign and the room was way too bright for me to have my beauty sleep. Wanted to draw the curtain to block it but the curtains were installed for decorative purpose. I would still recommend this hotel for its amenities and food.

“Hilton City Ave”

The staff are extremely helpful and polite. However, when I uncovered my comforter, there were some hair on the bed and on the pillow cover. It was so noticeable that it looked like someone was trimming their hair while resting on the bed. The fridge is broken, which I did not find out until the next morning when I opened my yogurt. I also woke up with bites on my both of my ankles and thighs. Other than the cleanliness of the room, the staff and the doormen are great.

“Enjoyed our stay”

The hotel was excellent. Parking was not very good there was $5 self park or $10 valet but we were lucky to find street parking several times. The employees were great. One of the valets remembered us from the first night we checked and stopped to give us some suggestions on food. I really appreciated that. Besides having to call very extra towels there were not issues. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and used the pool and both were great.

“Nice hotel”

Nice hote, conveniently located if you're going to visit the colleges outside of Philidelphia (Haverford, etc.). Not in the center of the city, but since we were visiting the outside colleges, it was perfect for us.

“great place to stay”

The doorman/bellhop is a wonderful man and extremely helpful and friendly!!!!! Great hotel. Great location. Afordable for the area. Pool is great for the kids.
