The room was NOT clean and the chair in the room was in terrible shape and missing wheels. The carpet was not vacuumed had small debris visible in it and there are little white stains on the walls. Really offputting. I told the front desk three times about it over the first night and day and so far they haven't fixed anything.

Overall building can be a bit cleaner, check in at 4pm wasn’t ready till 6pm. Finally got to the room, fridge has ash in it, shower gel is out stains on the floor but overall not bad for a quick stay but you can tell they rushed through the cleaning of the room and short of cleaning staff.

Parking is free along the street and is a nightmare to find a spot unless you use valet parking for $15 a night. I had breakfast in their restaurant. It's overpriced and the young lady working there was standoffish. One of the lamps next to the bed had a flickering light and the USB ports didn't work.

We arrived at 530p.m. and our room wasnt ready until 7pm. The first room we were given had an air purifier in it because the previous occupants were smokeing weed. This was not ok as we were traveling with 2 five year olds. So we waited an additional 30 min for a different room. We were offered zero compensation for the wait and still had to pay for offsite parking. The hotel itself was nice and conveniently located to shops and dining. but the initial check in was a nightmare

It was clean and quiet, only a few momenys of.... that could be better. The sprayer in the shower was leaky and there were no cups in my room. Other than that, it was great.

The hotel room carpet was very old and almost mouldy. The body wash bottle was empty. Overall, it wasn’t bad but it was not worth the price. Will not book at this location again.

The grounds and the streets had trash everywhere. There was trash and garbage in the shrubs and on the grass from the afternoon we hit till the following afternoon. We arrived on a Thursday. The trash in the streets is what it is but at least clean the your area of the streets in front and around your property once you do chose to clean your property

Check-in was quick and easy, staff are all friendly and very accommodating. Rooms need TLC. Wallpaper is peeling, cieling cracking, headboard ripped, armrest ripped, bathroom vanity front peeling off. Room is clean, though.

No hot water, took 3x complaining to get it fixed. Heard from others that they had water issues too. Room is not up to Hilton standards, even below comfort inn etc. Phone was damaged so only speaker worked, stains on furniture. Lobby looks new but rooms are old. I won’t be staying here again.

Service excellent despite conditions
The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating to me as I traveled alone with my two small children. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I was suprised by the deteriorating condition of the room-ripped desk chair, ripped carpet, unraveling/ripped sheets.

We were disappointed for a Hilton hotel.We stayed 5 days and they did not even have a toilet paper holder.The paper was on the floor. 2 days they did not pick up trash.No cups in bathroom.They had soap , no conditioner and 2 lotions.

AVOID THIS PLACE. My recent experience at Hilton was an utter disaster, to say the least. From the moment I checked in until my departure, the entire ordeal was marred by appalling standards and abysmal service that left a sour taste in my mouth. First and foremost, cleanliness—what an absolute debacle! The room I was assigned looked like it hadn’t seen a vacuum cleaner since last guest. I got allergic reaction to my eyes, red and swollen, only good thing happen that the hotel changed my bedsheets and towels right away and it helped, but that where all good about this hotel ended. Housekeeping? What housekeeping? They were seemingly a mythological entity as my requests for a clean-up fell on deaf ears. Not only was the room neglected, but it seemed the staff had abandoned any pretense of fulfilling their duties. If they pickup garbage bin, they do not provide fresh towels, and if they do it will be only two medium size, nothing for hand or shower. No vacuum at all for entire stay. Oh, and breakfast! The serving staff's incompetence. They couldn't even take a proper order if their lives depended on it. It was like playing a game of culinary roulette, unsure of what might actually appear on the plate. The front desk staff's disregard for guest requests was baffling. Multiple times I asked for the room to be cleaned, yet it felt like I was speaking into the void. my stay at Hilton was a symphony of incompetence and neglect. such disregard for basic hospitality standards.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We arrived at 3:45 for a 4:00 check in and had no problem waiting. By 6:00 we were angry, by 6:30 we were fuming. We were not the only ones, nobody was getting their rooms. I was respectful and asked the director of guest services how she would make it right, she was snarky and disrespectful and mumbled that she would try and get $70 taken off through Expedia. We were finally checked in almost tree hours late. We missed our dinner reservations and scrambled to find a place to eat nearby. We were here visiting colleges with our daughter but also wanted to eat at a great Philadelphia restaurant, we settled for a bargain BYOB Japanese restaurant. That being said, the service at the restaurant far exceeded that of The Hilton. I would never ever return here.

The email I received from the Hilton was i would be able to check in after 3:00pm. I wasn't able to check in till after 5:00pm. I was left sitting around the lobby even after i told the staff i had to leave 5:45 for reservations. I had to start getting ready in the restroom off the lobby. Unacceptable for Hilton standards.
