Nice hotel in KoPPosted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: The location of the hotel and the staff make this hotel very nice.
The hotel is very nice. It is outside of city which makes it a great place to relax. It is located really close to the KoP Mall property which always gives you something to do. The hotel itself is very nice. I have stayed here before and will stay here again. The staff at the hotel are always super friendly and this time was no exception. Our rooms were super clean and even though we booked king rooms, we were upgraded to king suites at no additional charge which was awesome. Overall, this is a nice hotel.

Convenient hotel for value conscious peoplePosted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Quiet, clean rooms, helpful staff, ample parking
Cons: Cleanliness of common areas (e.g. elevator and hallways)
Location: King of Prussia shopping mall, Chanticleer gardens
The hotel staff is very polite and corteous. The hotel rooms are clean, neat, and don't smell smoke. Despite being surrounded by highways the hotel is surprisingly quiet. A/C works well too.

Very close to King of Prussia MallPosted Jun 12, 2014
Cons: Put a microwave in all the rooms, not just the ones with a single bed!
Location: Mall and restaraunts
Overall a very stay. I had a room with 2 beds. It had a refrigerator, but no microwave. When I brought this to the attention of the lady at the front desk I was informed that only the rooms with a single bed had microwaves! What is up with that?

Clean Hotel, Convienent LocationPosted May 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was very clean and the location next to the highway could not have been more convienent. However the location was part of the problem, the highway noise was noticeable through the entire evening and overnight. So if you are a light sleeper, I would suggest asking for a room towards the back of the hotel away from the highway. I think this hotel was a bit pricey considering its category and lower end amenities. Such as better bedding that was not stained, or a mattress that was almost pillow soft - far too soft for a comfortable night sleep.

Stay close to Main Line for house huntingPosted May 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
While the location was very convenient, the easy access to the turnpike also meant it was a noisy room. Still, would probably stay here again if in the area for the same purpose.

Don't stay here.Posted May 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
I've stayed in a lot of hotels, this one by far has been the worst. The bathroom was like a high school shower room floor. A drain in the middle, so when you shower water gets everywhere and the entire bathroom floor is soaked because the drain is very very slow. The curtains didn't close all the way, I was forced to find away to clip them shut. Because the curtains wouldn't close on a 1st floor level room, the flood light pointed at the building outside shined right in my room. So at night it was like someone had a bright light on lighting up the entire space. The bathroom door wasn't a door it was a sliding non closing all the way door right by the entrence to the room. When we first got there we got our key cards went to the room they gave us and someone was already in it. Went back to the front desk and they had no record of someone staying it that room. Really?! For a $125 a night I expected and paid for much better! Also there were safety tips posted on the door for what to do if you think someone is going to rob you or break into your car. Never going back to this hotel. Don't anyone book here.

Great for a quick stop overPosted May 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
I had an exam in the morning and this was the nicest hotel in the closest proximity to it. I have had great experiences with Holiday Inn Expresses, and this is no exception. There was one bug in the room, not too unusual for the season change.
