The staff made us feel at home. From checking to the house keeping staff all so friendly and willing to help in any way. The room was clean n comfortable. Having the shuttle was very good. Easy way to get around old city.

Pros: Good location, close to center city but set off near the river.

Great location

Booked into wrong room and charged twice on credit card but staff apologetic. Room good but floor in entry by bathroom filthy. Light switches dirty. Breakfast staff excellent for way too many people and didn't run out of anything. Parking good and able to go in and out without paying extra.

Just OK

The hotel was clean. The front desk was a nightmare. The free breakfast buffet...also a nightmare. There was too many people and no where to sit. I would stay there again because of the location.

Clean and comfortable rooms, the staff was very accommodating especially Evon at the front desk. They were more than happy to assist in directions, parking, and checking in early.

6 long blocks from visitors center

Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: Comfortable beds. Free breakfast.
Cons: Restaurant or meal service nearby.
Location: 6 long blocks to visitors center and Liberty Bell.
Hotel had free breakfast but no meal service available or even nearby. No swimming pool. Beds were comfortable and staff friendly. Walked about 6 long blocks to visitors center. Price was good.

We enjoyed our stay. The management went out of their way to make our stay great. The location was good if you wanted to be by the river. If not, the shuttle took you where you needed to go.

Nice Hotel but...

Posted Jul 24, 2014
It is a nice hotel if you are just looking for a place to sleep and have free breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We came to Philly to see the sites and enjoy the food, but this hotel is just too far out of the way to walk anywhere. They do provide a shuttle service, but it only runs from 9am till noon then 4pm till 9pm, and only will go up to about 12th and market. It is a nice service, don't get me wrong and the drivers Leo and Brian are excellent, but there is only one van so you may have to wait awhile. We also did not have any hot water in our room upon arrival, nor did we have it later that night, however it was hot the next morning. Overall it was fine, but for us it was just to far out of the city.
