Some staff was great; some rude. Elevators didn't work throughout stay. Electronic room keys were incorrectly coded multiple times.

Great LocationPosted May 23, 2015
Great location. Nice that breakfast was included! The elevator broke several times so it was a pain to walk up the steps. The fitness room was a joke, it really shouldn't be included on the website. Overall because of the location and price I would recommend it.

Location: Leuke restaurantjes (2nd Market St.).

Noisy but convenient to Old CityPosted May 7, 2015
Pros: Accessibility to Old City
Cons: The noise and climate control.
The room was clean but incredibly noisy as it is perched just above I95. The temperature of the room was difficult to regulate, it would get really hot then we would get a blast of icy air for a few minutes. The free wifi was slow. The breakfast was a notch above continental. It was convenient to walk into Old City and there is ample public transportation nearby so if you are not planning on spending much time at the hotel it may work for you.

Great for first timers in the city!Posted May 2, 2015
I can't rave enough about how helpful and friendly all of the staff were. Everyone was so eager to help, especially with directions and accommodations around the city. Great people, made for a very stress-free trip!

Great stay!Posted May 1, 2015
Pros: Location, staff, rooms
Location: Close to the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall (with a shuttle that is free at Holiday Inn). Market St & the River is also within walking distance.
Great stay within walking distance to many great attractions. The staff was awesome, extremely helpful - everyone from the front desk to the shuttle driver. My room was clean and comfortable. It is a bit loud due to the freeway location but a white noise app can help with that. The breakfast wasn't great, mostly processed foods but it's a short walk to Market Street where there are great cafes and eateries. I would totally stay here again!

Very pleasant stayPosted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Varied breakfast, decent location, free shuttle, free business services, clean and comfortable room, pretty good staff.
Cons: No supermarket close by.
Location: Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, National convention center, restaurants, 20-25 minute walk to centre.
Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities offered were great - a gym, business services, free breakfast, and a free shuttle into the city, as well as the usual free wifi. A couple of staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, and others were fine. My only quibbles are fairly personal to me. My room was connected to another separate room by a door, which meant that I could hear my noisy neighbours a little too well. I don't know how many of the rooms have this set up. Also, if you have any problems getting hold of a phone that works then you won't be able to use the shuttle to get back to the hotel.

Nice hotel close to the downtown area.Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: The breakfast, the location, the staff.
Cons: The parking situation and the elevator situation.
Location: A couple blocks from downtown, tons of great food and historic sights.
The staff was quite helpful and were nice, even when things got hectic. The on-site parking is kind of pricey, but that is almost expected in a big city. There wasn't enough parking spaces for all of the hotel guests, but the valets did a good job of getting all of the cars into the lot and moved around so everyone could get in and out. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options and lots of seating. The only thing that was inconvenient is that they were remodeling one of the elevators, which left the 10 floor hotel with just one elevator, which ran pretty slowly most days.
