Posted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: The staff at the check in desk and breakfast area. Free breakfast, internet, pool, fitness center Well designed and comfy rooms Central location
Cons: The breakfast selection is decent but not great The beds are a little stiff/thin
Location: You can walk to Olde City, the park, Reading Terminal, Chinatown, and City Hall, One block from bus and subway.
I traveled on business, got a great deal, and enjoyed myself very much!

Pros: Location; good breakfast
Cons: More waffle makers. We had some trouble with the parking machines in the nearby garage
Location: Across from Reading Terminal Market; next ot convention centre and close to everything downtown
Stayed for a week. No housekeeping on weekends, unless requested.

Fantastic hotel!

We loved our stay at the Home2 Suites. The location was perfect across the street from the Reading Market. Free breakfast was really good and plentiful. $35 per night to park was pretty steep, but I think you would pay that for all city hotels

Nice hotel great location!

Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Spacious room and comfort.
Cons: The breakfast is a bit crowded and some food is out of service if you do not get there early.
Great location just minutes walking to the City Hall. Next to the Convention Center, it's a good choice for those coming for the trade show or Forums. The Reading Terminal Market is a great place for those who like to taste Philly food. There are numerous food selections. Just one block away from Macy's. Convenient for all purpose!

Excellent hotel across from Reading Terminal

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Staff and the cleanliness.
Cons: Flow of people at breakfast--more utensils.
Location: Across from Reading Terminal. Easy to drive to and parking next door.
I really liked the hotel. When you add in the parking it was pretty expensive, but the convenience of the location and the quality of the facility made it worthwhile. The hotel is not really fancy which was great for us, but it was new, clean with quality surfaces, bedding, etc. the rooms were big and you could puts lots in the fridge and freezer. The lobby was big and open. The only issue was breakfast--the hotel puts on a very good meal for a free breakfast but the problem was the guests. A few individuals/families were very disrespectful, shoving their way to the front and taking away literally bags of food to last them for the rest of the day. It was quite remarkable. I recommend you attend the breakfast early to avoid the crush of people.

Very nice hotel well located.

We had a very good experience at this hotel. It is clean and modern. The breakfast is good and offers plenty of healthy options. It is very well located. The Reading Terminal Market is right across the street. The only tiny "con" is that there is no standard room service during the weekend. i.e. they will only come and change towels, etc. if you ask for.

Short stay, long-lasting impressions

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Location Room Breakfast Staff
In Philly for a short stay en route to Florida, we found the hotel extraordinarily convenient: within walking distance from the train station connecting with the airport Right in front of Reading Terminal Market Very close to City Hall, and all the Philadelphia attractions. Ideal for longer stays with a fully appointed kitchenette Hotel staff very friendly and helpful Recommended

Great location!

Posted Aug 12, 2014
This hotel provided all the comforts of home for my family. It is centrally located and provided a great "base camp" for our adventures to the US Mint, Liberty Bell, Phillies, Penn's Landing, and the Zoo. Reading Terminal is right across the street. Parking was convenient but pricey. Pool is clean but tiny (and the floor around the pool is VERY slippery)
