Staff was very spot on with greetings and timely execution of checking guest in and out with professional personality. The morning breakfast held a variety and the staff kept the area stocked and tidy.

The floors all over the place were dirty and stained including the room kitchen floor, I asked the front desk for someone to clean it, but they didn't send anybody to clean it even next day. Conditioner, shower gel and body lotion were out and in my two days stay never get refilled. The breakfast was not that good,

I've stayed at this hotel several times and I am always pleased with the service. The rooms are expensive but worth the stay. A piece of mind is priceless

Enjoyable stay over the holidays
Two bedroom/two bath suite with kitchen was spacious, clean and comfortable. Small issue in the room when we arrived was quickly fixed by the efficient and friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate but coffee and food could have been hotter. Would also have liked more choices. Adequate on street free parking. Would stay there again.

Not worth the money spent $200 down the drain!!!
When we first walked in the lobby was fairly busy with incoming travelers. There was one person working the front desk, but he tried to keep his spirits and everyone else’s spirits up while we waited. The first negative thing that I noticed was after a long trip, I really wanted coffee, and there was no coffee to be found when we arrived, even though it stated on the website coffee is available 24 hours. The second thing was I requested a high floor and far from the elevator, due to noise from people coming and going. When we were assigned our room, it was on the fourth floor , and across from the elevator. The hotel had 10 floors all together, and only one working elevator to accommodate all of the guest, which seemed to be a full house. My next complaint was the shower, had five baby roaches, crawling around inside of it. Which forced us to put our luggage and shoes inside of the refrigerator and freezer so the roaches could not get to our luggage and travel back to our home. The chairs in our room looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. They had stains all on the arms and in the seat and smelled. As a Hilton Honors member, when I checked in the concierge stated they did not have a gift for me, but asked me to return a little later and they would have the traditional Hilton honor member gift bag for me. Approximately two hours later, I returned no gift bag, and their snack bar was completely bare.

Expedia states pet cost is $50 per stay. I paid $125 for a 5 day stay. Room service is available twice a week. No luggage carrier was available at checkin.

Staff great, easy check in, parking easy. Lobby smelled like marihuana. Elevator smelled like vapes and the third floor and our room smelled like old cigars. I don’t mean just a whiff of smell, it was embedded in everything and lasted all night and the next morning. Not acceptable.

Couldn’t even check in
I’m not able to tell you about our stay because we didn’t even get that far. I booked the nicest room that was available for my family because we were coming to see a Phillies game. Check in is at 4pm. We arrived at 4pm. At check in we were told that our room wasn’t ready but should be in a few mins and someone would call us. There were others waiting in the lobby for rooms also. We went to check out the pool with the kids. Came back down to the lobby at 4:30. My 17 month old was starting to loose it. I went up to the desk again. To ask when they thought the room would be ready. The girl at the desk said she texted the cleaners but hasn’t heard back. I asked what was going to be done to compensate for the late check in. She said she would have to ask the Manager. The Mangers shows up a few mins later and said the hotel was fully booked yesterday and guest checked out late, that’s why rooms were not ready. He also said there was only a few of our room type in the hotel. I asked when the room would be ready and they still wouldn’t say. He said soon and he was going to go and check it out. Buy this point it’s 4:45 and they still didn’t know when the room would be ready. There was several other guests who didn’t have rooms yet either. The Manager didn’t apologize or offer anything for the hassle. I asked to cancel our stay and return my money. We choose to drive home instead. The experience was so unprofessional. They were just bsing me and making excuses for a poorly run hotel.

Quick Hair Trip
My stay was short, I checked-in late at 8:15 and checked out early at 7am. I enjoyed my trip and all the amenities at the property. I was in the city for an impromptu hair appointment. I am originally from Philly but, live in Georgia now.

The room was not very clean and there was a noise in the room due to a broken part in the toilet. There were also knats in the room in the shower, around the sink and on the bed spread.

Disappointing stay
There is no on site parking you have to park down the street and open lot and it’s $12.99 a day. It was a fan over top of the bed inside my room that was full of dust and dirt. They had to knock some of the dust and dirt off so that I wouldn’t have any other fall on my head while I was sleeping there was only one elevator working so you had to wait until maintenance got done with their move the furniture in order to receive that white elevator

Expected better with the name Hilton
Furniture in lobby looked old, worn and stained. Elevators were dirty, all scratched up, puddles of water on the floor, smelled and one had the control panel loose. Almost every door and wall has scratches and paint chips where the luggage racks or cleaning carts have been ran into them. Mold in our shower. Worn and stained toilet seats. The hallways smelled and were not air conditioned properly. All drapes were extremely wrinkled. Every single worker we encountered was extremely nice and attentive though

A really nice well maintained joint. Super nice and friendly staff. Brandon at the front desk was great, everyone I met on the team there is great. I was there for a concert at The Mann Center and this was 1 mile away will stay again next time I go to a show @ The Mann
