Worth It.

Great staff, everything went well. It's a good feeling when you show up and everything is ready for you, and everything was right. Door key worked, room was clean, staff was friendly, helpful, and very nice.

CONVIENENT TO WHERE WE HAD TO SPEND OUR TIME.

Posted Apr 25, 2015
Pros: STAFF AT HOTEL VERY WELCOMING AND HELPFUL
Cons: NOT ENOUGH ROOM IN BREAKFAST AREA. NEED MORE TABLES.
I DID NOT LIKE TO PAY $10 FOR VALET PARKING EACH DAY. WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS AND COULD NOT PARK DOWN THE HILL

Nice hotel in a convenience location

Posted Mar 29, 2015
Pros: Love the comfort and convenience of homewood suites hotels
Cons: Probably better price, more locations in the USA and offers.
Location: malls (outlets), kids water parks and shows like Sight and Sound theaters in Ronks - Lancaster PA
We were looking for a place to relax and spend some time out of the daily routine and cold temperatures.

Hotel outside of Philadelphia

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: Staff was exceptionally nice
Cons: Have wireless accessable in rooms not just in lobby
Sadly, the hotel told us free wireless but you had to be in the lobby to use. Honestly, do you really think guests want to have to go to the lobby to use the wireless or do you think they would prefer to use it in the privacy of the hotel room? The first night the room was uncomfortably warm and we could not get the heater to put out cool air so the second night we opened the windows. Opening the windows was much better until the parking attendants decided to have the car's alarms go off so they could locate the car. This was terrible and lasted until well after 11PM! The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was very nice but we were disappointed in these areas.

Pros: Location and suite

Staff was extremely accommodating! Loved the access to the Hilton Hotel that adjoined so we could go to the bar through a passage as well as the pool and gym!

Will stay again

Posted Feb 1, 2015 on Hotels.com
We had an amazing time. The manager Rob was so nice and accomadating. He did say your room is facing the city but thats a joke, clearly. I looked outside and saw a huge construction pit. Huge breakfast buffet and gorgeous rooms. Will def stay again!
