“Good traveler's hotel”

All was quite comfortable. My only problem was with the taxi service I requested, two hours before my event. The one the hotel summoned for me had no idea where I was going, in the suburbs, and a limo car had to be brought over at the last minute and at a much higher price.

“Very friendly staff”

The front desk staff was very friendly upon arrival and providing recommendations. The only thing is that some of the pre-printed directions for attractions to the Philadelphia historical district were outdated; the exits given in the directions did not match those on the highway since the exists have been renimbered.

Historical district. I was interested in finding out a bit more about american history.

“Airport Convenience”

If you are arriving very late or leaving very early, you can just walk from your hotel to airport security and your gate!

“Nice people.... but dirty!”

Everyone I came into contact with at the hotel (front desk staff, shuttle drivers, etc) were all extremely nice and went out of their way to help. However, the room was really filthy and I would not go back and stay there again, regardless of how convenient the location is to the airport. Most items in my room were covered in a layer of grime, there were a few small holes in the sheets, the room was dark and depressing, and worst of all - the prior guest in my room had left dirty underpants in the trash can and they were still there when I checked in! UGH!

“Will return”

The check in and check out reps were extremely nice and helpful . The housekeeper for our room 1520 date: Oct14th till 16th was exceptional, met to me and my daughters needs. Thank you for and all around stay. From a Very well Satisfied customer, Tracy and Shirley

Area recommendations

City Of Philadelphia as much as you can see all over due to there is something to learn,experience and have a nice time. Warm Daddy,s ,Tootsies Red Stone are recommended restaurants. South Street for fun.

“convenient location”

We loved stayed right at the airport, it made getting to our very early much easier. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was also very welcoming to us.

“Wonderfully convenient, great value”

What a pleasure to be able to walk a short distance from the airport terminal to the hotel. Check-in took two minutes max. The room was clean and comfortable (except for the pillows). Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant (I only had breakfast there) served good food quickly and cheerfully. Check-out took about as long as check-in. What was not to like? I'll stay there again, happily.

“Won't stay here again”

Hotel was very expensive, and service was terrible. Did not have enough towels in the room, called to get more, never delivered. Shower had no water pressure. Room hallway has security door that slammed closed all night long. Very loud and difficult to sleep because of the door. Front desk staff was unfriendly. Never asked how the stay was.
