Very nice hotel but dirty roomPosted Jul 27, 2015
The hotel was very nice and in a great location. I did have a couple of issues with the cleanliness of the room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk they said it would be taken care of immediately. Eight hours later still not cleaned. When I complained again I got attitude from the young woman the front desk. Other than that I really liked the hotel and I got the feeling this wasn't the norm. Hope I'm right.

Beautiful and a great location!!!Posted Jul 19, 2015
Right in the heart of the city and an amazing boutique feel but all the amenities of a large hotel. Loved the happy hour wine and sangria as well as the funky decor. I highly recommend.

Minutes to Historical Attractions.Posted Jul 16, 2015
Pros: Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Unique design in hotel and in the rooms.
Cons: Check in didn't go smoothly. We couldn't check-in until 5pm due to a linen issue. Had to store bagThen bags were not delivered until after dinner.
Location: We were there for a college visit, but took in all that Philadelphia had to offer. Restaurants and shopping on market street only a 5 minute walk.
I loved this hotel in terms of the uniqueness and spaciousness of rooms. The hotel is also only a 2 minute walk from many of Philadelphia's historical attractions. Our view from the room was the Liberty Bell.

Love itPosted Jul 12, 2015
Loved everything... Very clean, staff are very nice, good food, love the design. The only thing I didn't like is parking... No parking near the hotel, but they do offer a valet parking for $48 per night

Wawa Philadelphia 4th of July CelebrationPosted Jul 11, 2015
Pros: Location for Independence Park and the Food
Location: Liberty Bell, Independence Park, City Hall, Water front USS Olympia, many restaurants
We were in the city for the Wawa Philadelphia 4th of July Celebration because I am a member of the Mattatuck Drum Band and we were performing for the Opening Celebration and the Parade. The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and nicely decorated in a modern decor with touches of the history of the founding country. The Red Owl was very good for food, try the cast iron egg on the menu . The location to the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall could not be any closer in the Old City. The only thing we had trouble was getting to the hotel on July 3rd as the immediate roads in front of the hotel where blocked for the Ceremony but on July 5th it was a lot easier. The hotel did transport the luggage from a parking garage one block away.
