Old hotel, our room was next to stairs and was very noisy all night, non smoking room but smoke entered to the room all night from the door of the adjacent room. The breakfast was good.

Room was filthy. Mold and dirt on shower walls. Hair all over tub/shower. Lights in room didn't work. TV was so dark we could barely see picture. Disgusting!

The hotel served our purpose. It was close to the Philidelphia airport and the shuttle service was excellent.

Good hotel

Pros: Price. Location. Breakfast.
Cons: The temperature of the shower water. Number of power outlets.
Location: It's near the airport. There's not much to do around the airport.
The hotel was nice. It was comfortable, affordable, and close to the hotel. The only issue I had was the temperature of the shower water. I'm not sure if it had to do with the time of day I took a shower as the later I took one, the cooler the water. I took my first shower upon arrival to the hotel, around 11PM. The water was freezing (for my standards as I normally take scalding hot showers). The next day I took it earlier (around 3PM). The water was warmer, but still far too cold for my comfort. Another issue I had was the lack of outlets. There was literally one outlet on each wall. The TV and lamp were connected to one on one wall. Therefore the coffee maker and the fridge could not be plugged in unless you unplugged either one of those devices. They should at least provide a power strip or multiplier. All in all, the place was reasonable. The price was competitive and the location great.

hotel and parking facilities by phila airport

Pros: absolutely nothing
Cons: needs to be torn down and need staff with better attitudes. be nice if were pleasnat and acted as if they wanted to be there.
Location: location was good as far as being close to airport
ignorant staff- discourteous and uninformative. cockroaches in room. noisy heater that blew air right onto bed. very noisy - others using hotel rude and loud past 1am. dirty towel still behind door in bathroom. room smelled of smoke as well as registration airea. very disgusting, will never return.

Walls super thin. Could hear everyone walking around upstairs. Staff wasn't that friendly. When I returned to pick-up my car, it took 3 calls & 45 mins to get someone to pick me up at the airport! Don't think I would stay here again & I don't think I would use the parking facilities again!

Pros: The price and it's location to the airport.
Cons: Allow for early checkin if rooms are available and the products they use to clean the carpet has a very strong smell
Location: I have a child at Temple Unv. It is just 30mins away , 20mins or less from a shopping area and restaurants
I'm glad it was just a short trip. I arrived early and was hoping they may be able to check me in early even though I saw a lot of empty rooms. Not the case so I had to go and do something for 6hrs until it was time to check in .
