Dirty. Charged a $20 fee for early check in (1 hour early). But had to take it cash because they didnt even have the credit card machine on. Bathroom was disgusting.

The area and the property on the outside are good. But the rooms need maintenance and deep cleaning. My room smelled as someone was smoking weed, although I asked for a non-smoking room.

The mattresses had a very strong smell of urine, dirty sheets and dirty towels.

Booked a nonsmoking room that smelled like an ashtray. Towels were dirty, burns on the bed covers, shower didnt drain, no tissues in room, barely any toilet paper and door didnt close properly. Overall I would not recommend this location for a stay.

This hotel was disgusting. Rooms were barely clean. Was supposed to be smoke free but you could see cigarette burns on the furniture and black marks on the drapes. The show curtain bar was falling off. This hotel is a disaster.

Staff was short with their answers, the walls in the bathroom were gross, and there was no trash can anywhere I the room.

No breakfast bar and no airport shuttle as advertised on Expedia. Shower had zero water pressure. On the plus side mattress and pillows were comfortable. Check in and check out process was brutally inefficient.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This property advertises shuttle service to the Philadelphia International Airport and, when our flight arrived and we asked to be picked up, they told us they no longer do that. That added an extra $80 to our trip. The hotel facility was horrible!!! The room stunk. The floors were dirty, and there was trash in the trash can. The door to the bathroom was split apart and would not close. There were bedbugs that bit us. Need I go on? AVOID THIS PLACE.

No breakfast as advertised, no toilet paper or tissues in the room. Phone didn't work properly for the front desk, staff would not bring missing items. Stains on carpet and furniture, very must and smokey smell. Sink wouldn’t drain, bed decently comfortable, AC worked fine.
We had two rooms- both rooms had holes in doors. One sample of Soap in each bathroom looked like it was there for 10+ years. One room's bathroom had one roll of toilet tissue. There was a small bottle of hand sanitizer in bathroom next to soap dish. It looked like it was not used however there were brown "crusties" on the bottle. The liquid in the bottle was blue. It was not hand sanitizer. It was gross. Stains galore on furniture and beds. I was trying not to imagine from what the stains originated from. It was late after a concert or we would have drove the 3 hours home. It was our last resort because other places were booked. Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Look somewhere else.

Overall it was dirty. The room was non smoker but still a weird smell.
The desk was kind and helpful but will never return here.

It was dirty, burn holes in the comforters. Hair in shower n sink. I found a crack pipe in my room and when I brought it to the managers attention he gave me a 20 back. I was charged $140. for a crappy room that was below sub par.

Told them the bathtub was not draining properly. And had no room service for the 4 days I was there. The bathtub was not fixed either.

We had traveled a lot to get here, paid extra to make sure we arrived in time for check in, which we definitely did. But they told us the room wouldn’t be ready for over an hour or hour and a half. Wasted our time and we were not going to wait around this strip mall for an hour and a half with our bags. So we had to leave. Rude guy. Very disappointed. I will share this review everywhere I can. Do not recommend this place.
