Great hotel close to everything!Posted Jul 20, 2015
Loved the recent renovations, both in the lobby and the guest rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful and the check-out time was 12:00, which was really nice.

Just OK for service and comfort; great location.Posted Jul 14, 2015
Acceptable, but nothing special. Standard room was small with a really horrible view of the crumbling building next door. Moldy odor in the room. We tried a second room, but the odor was still present. Loved the location. Very convenient to Rittenhouse Square, shopping and restaurants. Housekeeping, front desk and bellhop/valet personnel were helpful with small requests. I chose the Radisson Blu Warwick for its location and relatively low price. In retrospect, I would have preferred to spend a little more and receive a little more in terms of amenities, comfort and service.

Nice hotel after the remodelPosted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Modern, new, sleek look Comfortable beds Great furniture and layout of room Central location Friendly staff
Cons: Bathrooms! Clean up the mildew and re-caulk around the tubs.
Location: It is close to everything in Center City. It's one block from Rittenhouse and the great restaurants around the square.
I've stayed here on numerous occasions over the years and this is the first time since the remodel. The rooms are very nice and modern. The lobby is sleek and well furnished. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. You also can't beat the convenience of being a block away from Rittenhouse Square and all of the great Philly shops and restaurants. In years past, the one thing I didn't like about this hotel was that it was noisy and you could hear the street noise, especially after all of the bars closed for the night. For some reason, it was extremely quiet this time. I was amazed! The only negative I would say is that the bathrooms still need a bit of work. Our bathroom was tiny compared to the rest of the room and very uncomfortable to move around in. My friend had a different room that had a better bathroom but still a bit old. There was mold around the caulk in the bath tub and ours drained really slowly. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice, quiet, centrally located place to stay.

nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable roomPosted Jul 11, 2015
Pros: location, restaurant, staff
Cons: self parking is not in a convenient or nice location. The hotel should mention that valet is only 6.00 more expensive for 24 hours than to self park.
Location: convenient to all historic and tourist locations by public transportation or waking
it was a really nice experience for my son and myself.
