It was a wonderful stay.Posted Dec 1, 2013
Pros: The low key yet very elegant accommodations, the staff, the price, the bedding, the decorations, everything!
Cons: Can't think of a thing.
Location: It is in the heart of Philadelphia right next to Rittenhouse Square. Lots of places to walk, go shopping, etc.
The hotel is elegant but comfy, the staff is friendly, helpful, courteous, and low key. They gave us good advice on local eateries, called cabs, brought us hot tea and took good care of us. The breakfasts are smashing. Everything was terrific.

Pros: I liked the small, laid back atmosphere. The french toast in the AM is awesome!
Cons: Shakey wifi connection; this needs to be addressed.
Location: Great location, easy walk to many Philly landmarks.

Great location, extremely helpful and pleasantstafPosted Nov 8, 2013
A good place to stay whether on business or for pleasure. In a really nice part of Philly, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are lovely. My jetlag meant I was phoning up for tea each morning at 3am. This seemed no trouble and the staff were just as pleasant at 3am as during civilised hours.

Would not stay any place else in PhiladelphiaPosted Oct 24, 2013
Better than 5 star service with a boutique hotel ambience. Very friendly and informed staff. Every recommendation was superb including romantic strolls after dinner. Location was perfect! Will be back often. A+++++

Pros: the location.
Cons: see above. this should not be listed as a hotel. please note that there is not full service.
Location: centrally located.
The room was quite smallmuch smaller than a traditional hotel. there was not a comfortable place to sit or work.there was no internal control of air conditioning. the staff, however, tried to be accommodating.

Right in the heart of PhiladelphiaPosted Oct 8, 2013
Pros: Breakfast, also glass of wine at the cocktail hour gives an opportunity to meet other guests, location, service, Frette linens
Cons: Cannot think of anything
Location: Lots of shopping and dining within easy walk
This boutique hotel does a wonderful job on service. The staff are friendly and particularly helpful, and really seem to care about your plans and experience. Breakfast is served in an exquisite breakfast room with very pretty wallpaper and china, and is top quality. Our room was very comfortable but somewhat small. Overall, an excellent stay.
