Great hotel even with some craziness!Posted Aug 11, 2014
We got in Friday morning and we're able to check in early, which was so nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was great until Friday night it seemed like the 3 rooms next to us were on spring break! I was upset and told the guy at the desk and he said he would handle it and he did! They all got quiet and that was it. Saturday was quiet and comfortable.

OK hotel, excellent to save on restaurant billsPosted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: Location, kitchen, pool and staff
Cons: Bathroom could be refreshed
Location: Phila museum
Great/helpfull staff in an l'older hotel. Because of the small kitchen, perfect for a week-end stay (or longer) and avoid costly restaurants for 3 meals/day. Within walking distance of the museum, although still a good 20 minutes. Roof pool was great although old.

Convenient location, great staff at front desk.Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Staff and location.
Cons: The beds were not very comfortable. The decor could be updated.
Location: Museums, bars, restaurants, etc.
The beds were not my favorite and the 'ambiance' was far from classy, sleek or romantic BUT this location can not be beat. The staff was super, super welcoming, friendly and very helpful. For a night when you aren't spending a lot of time in the room this is a great spot. I wouldn't rush back but would recommend it for someone looking to see Philly - not lounge around in their room all day.

Beautiful Hotel to Welcome Me HomePosted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Staff was wonderful, room was comfortable. Great overall stay!
Cons: I wouldn't change anything
Location: An abundance of restaurants, the Art Museum, Penns Landing is close by, South Street.
My stay at The Windsor Suites was the highlight of my trip back home so far! I'm a recent graduate from United States Navy Boot Camp and Training Support Center and haven't been home in three months so needless to say I was very excited to come home. My trip home was not what I expected combined with delayed flights, gate changes, a botched car rental (Not Done Through Expedia, shame on me!) and a near mishap when trying to surprise my fiancee due to all of the delays. All in all I was not having a good "Welcome Home" until my fiancee and I finally arrived at The Windsor around 2 am and the front desk was so warm and accommodating especially noticing that we came in late and going forward and offering a late check out. The suite was beautiful, comfortable, and provided a wonderful view of downtown Philly from the balcony which just screamed "WELCOME HOME!"

It was a wonderful experience staying at the Windsor suites in Philadelphia. For starters, the staff were very friendly, professional and made right at home. The room was very comfortable and simply cozy. Definitely recommend this place if you visiting Philadelphia.

SightseeingPosted Jul 22, 2014
We came to Philly for a short stay to sightsee. This hotel was in great proximity to everything we wanted and had time to see. The Museums are just a short walk and LOVE Park too! We really enjoyed our time there and the hotel was spacious! We would definitely return someday.
