It was a wonderful experience staying at the Windsor suites in Philadelphia. For starters, the staff were very friendly, professional and made right at home. The room was very comfortable and simply cozy. Definitely recommend this place if you visiting Philadelphia.

Sightseeing

We came to Philly for a short stay to sightsee. This hotel was in great proximity to everything we wanted and had time to see. The Museums are just a short walk and LOVE Park too! We really enjoyed our time there and the hotel was spacious! We would definitely return someday.

Best value!

This hotel exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Hotel staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. We were given a room upgrade (without our request) -- the provided room was really equivalent to an apartment -- full living room, dining area and a small but fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and granite counter tops. The separate bedroom was well appointed (with an excellent king-sized bed, walk-in closet). The bathroom was small but nicely done, and there was a seated vanity area separate from the bathroom proper. I reserved the hotel primarily on price and location -- but the quality of accommodations and service provided was equal to pricier locations. This is the hotel I will look for on my next Philly stay.

A great hotel that gets better with every stay.

Pros: Location, kitchen, spacious and comfortable room, complimentary WIFI, friendly staff.
Location: Walking distance to museums, shopping, bars and eateries.
As a return visitor, I was delighted with my spacious and comfortable room and the contemporary updates to furnishings and bedding. As always, the fully equipped kitchen was a plus. The staff ( front desk, cleaners and valet parking) were extremely pleasant and I would highly recommend the Windsor for visitors to Philly.

Near Franklin Institute and Love Park.

The photos online are very deceptive. The rooms I saw are no where near as nice as what's online. The elevator was very small ie strollers don't fit well. Drinking and smoking rules at pool are not enforced so my boys did not want to swim. Room was not ready at check in time (3 pm) yet our room was skipped entirely for cleaning one day. Would not return to this hotel again.

Very nice, clean and friendly hotel--loved it!

Pros: My room was very clean, the staff at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, and the man who helped with our suitcases were courteous, and friendly.
Cons: Can't think of anything that would need improvement.
Location: The location was close to the $5. a day bus stops, Purple Phflash, which took us everywhere in Philadelphia, very convenient to everything.
The entire staff was friendly and courteous. The only bad thing that happened, and it wasn't the hotel's fault, was that some guests a few doors down, were letting their door slam, they gathered in the hall laughing and yelling late at night, early in the morning. I called the front desk, they sent security to get them to quiet down, which didn't happen for several hours, security tried at least 5 times to get them quiet.
