Best stay ever!Posted Jul 9, 2014
I was so impressed with this hotel! Even though technically I only had a view of the Comcast Tower from my suite, it was still stunning (particularly at night). The central location on the Museum Parkway was also very convenient. The amenities themselves were quite nice (the suite included a kitchenette with dishwasher--I've never even had a dishwasher at home!). There was also a big, comfy king bed :) Finally, the hotel staff were extremely professional and helpful. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommended. Thanks!

Just right!Posted Jul 7, 2014
We stayed here in June while attending a concert at the Mann's Center. We are from out of town, and did have some challenges navigating through the area, and got lost in spite of our GPS directions, but called the front desk and the person who answered stayed on the phone with us, giving step by step directions, until we arrived at their front door. The staff was fabulous. The bell hop was quick to hail us a cab to the Mann's (much easier than finding it ourselves and parking once there), and he even cleaned off the bird poop that landed on me while waiting at the corner! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A big plus was the lively (translated, that means LOUD) bar just off the lobby, where we enjoyed terrific bugers and beers before the show, and returned for a night cap at the end of the night. Would definately stay there again.

I'm very upset with u overcharging me for the dailPosted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: the location
Cons: U overcharged me by $30/day.I agreed to pay $197.25/day but U overcharged me.After I extended my stay - the hotel charged me $169/day for the same roo
Location: I stayed there because my wife was in the hospital and I was there most of the time
When U overcharged me by $30/day I was very upset since after extending my stay at the same room the hotel charged me $ 169/day while your charges were $229 ,209,221,132 /Day \.I agreed with U to pay only $197.75/Day. Give me a good explanation to satisfy me or reimburse me the difference.

Great location, great price, very spacious. Had a full size fridge which was great for our beverages! Only problem was the AC didn't cool the room down enough!

Nice place, marred by servicePosted Jun 29, 2014
The room was in nice, clean etc. But the first thing I think about is the terrible experience with room service. My 9 year-old daughter and I checked in late on a Friday night and immediately ordered room service, a burger and fries for me and pasta for her. This is a few minutes past midnight. The food was finally delivered at 2 AM! And the bill was $60. There's gotta be other clean rooms in DC.

Great Elite Plus treatmentPosted Jun 28, 2014
Because I was an Expedia Elite Plus member, they upgraded me to a suite that was bigger than my first apartment. Location is also great, very close to the market and convention center.

Very nice hotel in Museum DistrictPosted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: I liked the space and quietness when inside the room. I absolutely enjoyed the friendliness of the staff.
Cons: I thought everything was great!
Location: Lots of museums, but hard to find nearby restaurants/bars (variety is lacking in the immediate blocks).
Had a pretty good experience at hotel. Staff was very friendly, my room was impeccably clean and the other guests/residents were equally kind and joyful. Didn't care much for the restaurants attached to the hotel. (An Irish bar and an Asian/Chinese restaurants)
