Rented two rooms,was dirty, no fridge or microwave. The other room had left over food in fridge and tub looked terrible

The property was in an unsafe environment. It appeared to be a motel for the homeless and addicts. I felt afraid and unsafe so I did not stay at the motel. I had to get rooms at another hotel. I want a refund of my money.

Open air drug dealing and prostitution. Room was filthy. Would have gotten another hotel if anything was open. You couldn't pay me to stay at this roach motel ever again.

The room was very dirty and basic, 1 sheet on the bed and 1 pillow( we were 2 people). The door to the bathroom didn't close all the way and had to be left wide open, you couldn't have privacy while using the bathroom (we were 2 people) I asked for 2 beds originally in my reservation. We checked in late and there was only 1 bed (we were 2 people) Oh and also the staff had to come to my room late at night because our front door wasn't opening at all. They used a power tool to warm up the door so that it finally opened. He said, "It happens when it gets really cold at night. The doors freeze" Never heard of that one in all my years traveling.
