Good value. Whirlpool tub didn't function. Hotel staff weren't well versed on events and goings on.

Just OKPosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: the Italian restaurant, comfortable beds
Cons: updates needed, our microwave was so old it had dials instead of buttons
Location: casino and restaurants on premises, 2 miles from King of Prussia mall, about 20 miles from Philadelphia
older hotel, clean but could use some updating. hotel lobby smells a little stale from the smoke in the casino. it was just ok, nothing great but not bad either. beds were comfortable, air conditioning was very loud. bathroom was huge but there were stains in the bathtub, casino was ok but smokey. a quick walk over to the adjoining Raddison made us wish we stayed there instead. nice bright updated lobby, cute tavern style restaurant and bar over there too. The one really nice part was an Italian restaurant on the premises that was excellent. nice inside, very professional staff and really great food, we were very pleased with that. otherwise as I said it was just ok!

Cons: Hotel looks weary
Room was missing refrigerator and remote for tv. Staff seemed stressed with exception of front desk and bar staff However, front desk was not well marked. Good value during happy hour on second floor.

Convenient quality hotel and experiencePosted Jul 11, 2014
This is my second stay here. The rooms are nice, comfortable and quite. The casino is attached and they have great security so the kids cant get in. Other than the casino, there are plenty of things to do, ie. food, shows, pool, spa. I am planning to go next year when I travel to that area again.

Attending software developer conferencePosted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Conference was being held in the hotel
Cons: Faster check in
Limited number of employees to check you in, rooms nice and clean. Casino a little small compared to others near by

Not greatPosted Jun 19, 2014
Location: I'd stay at Hyatt House at KOP
When traveling on business, I like staying in Casinos. Usually there are great late night food choices after a long day of meetings, the rooms are nice, and I like to play poker. In this case, the rooms were dated and cheaply built, the bed was uncomfortable, the late night food choices were limited, the staff was indifferent at best, and there is no poker room. I had an emergency meeting come up in Somers Point and asked if they could accommodate checking out a day early (trimming my two night trip to one). They were under no obligation to accommodate me, but the hotel was at very low occupancy. I did not keep them from renting a room to anyone. I told them I understood they didn't have to accommodate me but that I'd be coming through the area every eight weeks and that they were making a choice between never seeing me again or doing me a favor that cost them nothing but my one-night's rent when the hotel was at least half empty. They chose to never see me again. I recommend staying somewhere else :)

Conference stayPosted Jun 14, 2014
Stayed here because of a conference but would not return. Although the room was large it was dated and worn. There was hair in my tub when I arrived, stains on he carpet and thread bare furniture.

Weekend ConferencePosted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Food in bars great but not cheap.
Cons: Hire a contractor to evaluate each room. OR BURN IT DOWN AND START FROM SCRATCH Hallways long and things spread out, bring hiking boots and GPS
Location: Casino on site, but I was not there to play
Room is state of disrepair, nice big tub, but the jets don't work, was told it's just a soaking tub??. Recessed light hanging out of ceiling. kitchenette - false door on cabinet fell off and ripped a nice gash in both my wife's legs, but we got a free breakfast to make up for the pain and scars. Have stayed at better places for half the price. Floor lights in some of the elevators don't work. Food court expensive, for a few dollars more, great food in bars. It's a stretch to give the room 1 star for the price we paid.

Hotel was okPosted May 28, 2014
Pros: Room Service/housekeeping did a very good job
Cons: update the rooms
The rooms were outdated and in need of repair, large selection of alcohol and food. The parking lot was a distance to park and walk to the lobby. Overall it was ok, but not comparable to a travel hotel like Embassy or Marriot
