Conference Center Hotel on the Main LinePosted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Comfortable and spacious room. Great location. Easy (and free) parking.
Cons: The Conference Center venue imposes limits -- there is no onsite restaurant, for example, although there is a big dining room for conference dinners.
Location: Very upscale suburban environment, very leafy. Obvious place to stay for anything at Villanova University (which is a short drive away)
Stayed two nights. Very comfortable and well furnished room. Great location, with easy access to most of the towns on the Main Line, as well as to the local train to Center City Philadelphia.

Beautiful and CharmingPosted Jan 7, 2014
Pros: The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous!
Cons: The breakfast in the morning.
Location: Beautiful Location, close to all the Bars and restaurants in Conshohocken!
I came here with my boyfriend for New Years. We had an amazing stay. From the gorgeous room to the pleasant staff the stay was absolutely wonderful. The only complaint either one of us had was that when we got down to breakfast everything was cold and there was not much left to pick from. What was there was very tasty but we wished it was still warm. Overall all I would recommend this to anyone and we hope to stay here again.

Quiet Clean Conference Center on University CampusPosted Jan 2, 2014
Pros: I really liked the 4th floor because it was quieter without employees using a vacuum and without the noise of the front desk of the 3rd floor.
Cons: Employees should consider not using a vacuum in an lobby area when guests are speaking in that area.
Location: It is a bit of a drive to Center City Philadelphia but not too far from Main Line restaurants and retail establishments.
This is a conference center on Villanova Campus in Radnor, PA. The 3rd floor room was very clean and pleasant. There was a very narrow walkway between the 2 queen beds and the desk and bureau which makes it difficult for 3 people to maneuver. In our first room on the 3rd floor our heater broke 3 times. The 3rd time we received excellent customer service and we changed our room to the 4th floor. In our room on the 4th floor, we had a sofa with a twin pull out bed and a king bed and this worked much better for us. We also slept better because our heater worked. Once we were seated in an outdoor lobby area and an employee started using his electric vacuum even though we told him that we were there to speak to each other. So we had to move to another area. This happened a 2nd time in a 3rd floor lobby area. The eggs at breakfast were cold as was the coffee so for our second morning, we did not go to breakfast. Because there was wedding being set up in the breakfast area, there were only 2 tables set up for breakfast. So when we as a threesome were seated at a table by ourselves ,we could not have this table for our party because an employee told another guest that these were the only 2 tables for breakfast and that she had to sit with us. The center is in a somewhat remote area, so if you want restaurants and other retail establishments, you need to drive a couple of miles.

The facility has beautiful grounds and a mansion in which one may walk. The breakfast that comes with the room was excellent. The staff was very knowlegeable and extremely helpful with answering all our needs and questions. We recommend this hotel for all of the above and the peace and serenity it affords. A+++++!

Everything was great. The staff was the best. Usually stay in King of Prussia when visiting Philadelphia. I hope they have rooms next visit!

Designed for Villanova Conference onlyPosted Nov 30, 2013
Pros: Lovely grounds
Cons: Customer service, remodeling, front desk information.
Location: Location was pretty, but had nothing to do within walking distance. Rail service to Philly was good, hotel staff was not knowledgeable about it.
Hotel was old and tired, lacking in information we requested about Philadelphia. No restaurant facility, which was advertised.

Pros: Clean, comfortable room with a great breakfast in the morning!
Cons: Provide directions on website.
Location: The hotel was easy on and off of route 476. Near happenings of Villanova University and surrounding area.
The facility was more than we expected. Staff was super and the breakfast was delicious. Kudos to the chefs. Great overall experience for a hidden treasure!
