“Clean and surprisingly comfortable.”

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable - as clean as many pricier hotels that I have visited. The hotel is old and shabby but fine for a weekend. It is right next to a Sheets gas station which was very convenient for drinks, snacks, etc. Would definitely stay there again when I need to visit Philipsburg.

“A Penny PInchers Delight that allows animals too!!!”

We stayed here during Heritage Days. The price was unbeatable. It included a fridge, microwave, cable and free breakfast of bagels, cereal, juice and coffee. The halls stunk but the room did not. You don't get shampoo but who cares for this price. I went to Dollar General and bought my own. We laughed all the way down the hall about "this is where hopes and dreams go to die." The beds were clean and there were no shots of gunfire. The doors have three locks and I didn't find any weird things under the bed. You can't beat this place for the money. After all, you are only sleeping there, right? The price was one third of any other in the area. We will definitely be back for my mom's 100th class reunion. :)

“Below Super 8 and Motel 6”

My group picked this location to stay at as part of our road trip. The location itself is right next to a gas station, which was convenient. However, the room had a unique smell that horrified my friend. The floors were dirty. The carpet was missing in several areas of the room exposing concrete floors. I wanted to try something different from the normal Super 8 and Motel 6 and got something that was sub par. Overall, this could have been worst but it was tolerable for a few guys needing a roof over their heads in the middle of the night.

Value for the price, nice people and clean rooms.
