My room door alarm would not turn off when I was showed to my room. The window would not lock, and when tried to slide open by the hotel assistant, the entire window came off its railing and landed on the balcony outside. The curtain and walls were dirty, and I asked for another room ( alarm still sounding). Reception got another room key for a room opposite side of the corridor. The floor had obviously not been swept/vacuumed with dead mosquitoes squashed on the wall by the television ( which was not working). I locked the hotel safe but it would not unlock. I called reception to report the television, safe that would not unlock and opposite room alarm that was still sounding. Approximately 45 minutes later maintenance came to change batteries on TV remote, and plug TV into alternate power point which eventually got it working. The safe could not be opened ( fortunately I had not yet placed valuables in the safe), and carried my valuables to dinner out of the room. The alarm was eventually switched off. Sheets and towels were clean. The less said about the breakfast the following morning the better ( The New Yorker), fortunately I had fruit back in my hotel room I could enjoy after breakfast. The pool was nice, however the room reminded me of a school hostel. I would not recommend this as a stay, and would have checked out the following day if I was not only staying for one night.

Very unassuming at entrance, but a wonderful property after you pass through the gate at the street. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable.

We arrived at midnite after two days of travel to find out we had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. Difficult manoeuvre for older people. Room was very very basic but clean

Our stay was short. 5 minutes. The hotel grounds were under a foot of water. The room was small and felt dirty. Left for another hotel. Now waiting for a refund.

I recommend this property as it is close to the airport, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It’s unique in that the country club surrounds the hotel but easy to walk around and gives for some cool views during breakfast.

Hotel rooms a little out of date but clean and comfortable. Wifi was terrible, but the grounds are pristine. There are happy and well-kept horses available to ride, tennis courts, a beautiful pool, and a tasty restaurant. The grounds are big and very green, it's hard to believe it's in the middle of PP. The breakfast had made to order omelettes and Chinese and Western choices. Very close to the airport.

It has a pool, gym along other activities for club members. They have good espresso and their dishes are tasty. I didn't like that the sink drains too slow after they fixed it.

I had a comfortable night's stay at Cambodian Country Club'. It's very convenient for the airport if one needs to catch an early flight or arriving late at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. My aircon room was clean and comfortable with a nice shower room. I have no complaints and would happily stay there again.

Cheap hotel close to PNH airport
This hotel is good for 2 reasons, if you want a cheap hotel quite close to the airport or you enjoy sports as they have many options to play including tennis and basketball. I did not mind no elevator or the dated rooms, ( the bellman will carry your luggage up the stairs to your room). I did not like unreliable internet and a low quality hot shower and a broken toilet seat. I would not stay again because of internet connection issues as i need internet for work when i travel. Not much to walk to as somewhat isolated area. I enjoy a hotel that i can walk to attractions and restaurants. Because this is primarily a country club it is not as close to everything as some hotels are, but again the price is lower than many hotels Breakfast was Western style and I enjoyed it, it was good. Staff also spoke English and were polite, friendly and helpful. Quiet location.

We had a wonderful stay at Cambodian Country Club! We really enjoyed the big green space and the breakfast was great. Also there is just so much you can do! Tennis, gym, horse riding, swimming… A perfect weekend get-away from the city.

I was not gicen thw ropom i booked. I was not told whwrw the restaurant was or swimming pool. I was told yo pay for my breakfast... because apparently i was given a room near the street, very noisy and full of mosquitoes... then day one breakfast was not ready... snd day two when presented the coupon.. i was yold i was in the wrong place... this was simply unacceptable... $16 bill. Then i found out there was a nice restaurant, swimming pool, nice rooms that i was not offered! Discrimination comes to mind. I expect an apology and reimbursement. Very angry aznd disappointed.

The room was small and old. The bed was pretty clean. Although, the wall was dirty. The air conditioning does not work it just blow out hot air. There is no hot water for showering. The hotel does not have an elevator so beware if you have a big luggage to up stairs. I would recommend their next door CCC residence which is nicer.

Nice transit hotel
It was just what I was expecting. Airport hotel, comfortable and perfect for transit. It was clean and 24 hours desk it's just perfect. The hotel area is quite big, as they have fields for either horse riding or others, I believe. There is also a pool. I recommend it.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls were paper thin. Transportation never showed up at airport. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked well and had hot water.

County Club at a fairly good price.
Nice place! If one is traveling through Phnom Penh and want a quiet place to stay, this is the hotel for you. The rooms are slightly small but are quite comfortable. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport which makes it convenient for easy access to the airport. I would recommend staying a night or two to rest and relax.

The google map provides wrong information about the time needed from the hotel to the airport tterminal. It takes 10 minutes to arrive the airport and not 22 minutes according to google, taxi costs to the airport is 7$. There is a need to give better information about the address of the hotel

Terrible experience with the hotel
The hotel is located near the main road but the reception area is deep inside near the club facilities. We had to walk 1 km to the reception area to check in and later brought our luggage and walked all the way to the front. When we arrived at 2.15 pm, the room was not ready and we saw the cleaner just started to clean the room while we put our luggage inside the room. We thought check in time should be around 2 pm. The hotel only has 12 rooms, how could it take a long time to clean the room. The hotel provided breakfast but the venue to eat is deep inside the club, i.e. need to walk 1.5 km and climb to 2nd story. To our surprise, we were given a big box containing 2 frozen danish pastries, an apple, a package of orange squash drink and a bottle of mineral water at 6.30 am. When I asked why they could not pack the food from the breakfast table as it opened at 6 am. The receptionist just answered that packed breakfast was from the fridge. We ordered taxi service from the hotel but when asked where was the taxi. The receptionist just said the male receptionist was waiting for us at the front to drive us to airport. We waited by didn't see him. We decided not to waste time waiting and use "pass app" to get a "tutu" service to the airport and it costed us USD 2 instead of the taxi service of USD 8. The hotel is near the airport and this is the reason that we chose to stay at the hotel.

This was a stop over on the way to Siem Reap to see Angkor, it was the closest hotel to the air port as we had an early flight. The hotel was ok for our needs, a 2 at best.
