Great Hotel for travelPosted Oct 1, 2012
Location: Location was good. Able to walk to the cental market. A lot of little shops close by. Coffee shops and cafes are plentiful.
Very pleasant. Staff was quite helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, although not much to in western food. My room was quite comfortable. Airconditioner work well.

Claimed to be a 3 stars hotelPosted Jun 25, 2012 on Hotels.com
I wonder how you rate the hotel. As far as I am concerned, the hotel has no star rating at all. Hotel.com should advise customers of the actual star rating. I am very dissappointed with the hotel condition. Overall, the reception and restaurant staffs are very polite.

Crap breakfast, good rooms, service to be disired.Posted Oct 25, 2010
Overall a nice hotel. The buffe breakfast was nothing short of unedible. The rooms were nice. Reception seemed confused/unwelcoming to gay couples although were helpful in organising our taxis etc.

Best location and HospitalityPosted Aug 2, 2010
The hotel is in a prime location, 5 minutes walk from the Sorya Shopping Center where you can buy groceries or snacks at the supermarket. The room service was efficient and good. Even the restuarant provided affordable dishes which tasted great. I even got treated by the Hotel Manager a dinner at the restaurant. It was very homely. The security was tight with at least 3 guards at the entrance of the hotel at night.

Great location - busy street, but central to attractions. Great breakfast buffet.

Great service at very competitive pricePosted Jul 8, 2010
We were very satified with our stay at this hotel. The staff were always courteous and helpful; the room was clean and tidily made up each day; and the room was larger than we expected, and with a window. Restaurant staff were helpful not just for meals, but also in providing wireless internet access and sales of bottled water for the hot weather. The manager even checked with us to ensure we were caompletely satisfied.

Cheap hotel on a busy intersection, but fine insidePosted Mar 9, 2010
We were looking for a cheap and comfortable hotel halfway between Siem Reap and Sihanouville to break up a car journey south. While the location within Phnom Penh didn't appear to be great (we elected not to make the long walk to Sisowath Quay for dinner) and the streets outside very very noisy, the room itself was a good size and nice and clean with good modern facilities. We slept very well. The road wasn't heard in the room. There was a complimentary breakfast buffet in our deal too, however after a brief inspection we skipped it. Hot foods were congealed in heated trays and cold foods open to the flies. We had toast and coffee, and the coffee was burned. The serving staff were eager to please, although if there's two of you with lots of luggage then beware the porter trying to squeeze in the lift with you as you check into your room. The lift is about two feet deep and it's quite a squeeze!

OK, but could find betterPosted Feb 25, 2010
Electricity at the hotel is not reliable. I experienced 2 outages during my 8-day stay, one while in the elevator. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet is good. The room charge, including taxes, is a bit high for the neighborhood. The hotel is located on Monivong Blvd, a major street, but not within easy walking distance of major attractions or shopping. A tuk tuk is preferable for getting to the locations a tourist would want to visit, because walking is somewhat dangerous with the chaotic downtown traffic. I would recommend this hotel if other nice hotels are unavailable.
