Nice stay good location
We stayed here because of the location in Hannahs general proximity to the diamond convention center. It is a gated hotel where the lovely little restaurant in back with a very nice breakfast options. The bed is more comfortable in the rooms clean with the kitchen. If you like to sit back under a tree in the afternoon, with a cool drink, this place is perfect. Alternatively, as the sun goes down, walk to the end of the street and view a height of activity along the boulevard near the Independence Monument

everything was perfect with this hotel...this is probably one of the best hotel I ever stayed in my life. clean, spacious room with a kitchen and dining area overlooking the beautiful pool, it was such a wonderful experience to stay here wished I had a whole week in here!

The staff here are really nice! Cambodians are some of the warmest people. This hotels has a nice pool, and the breakfast is delicious. Its not the fanciest hotels, but the best bang for your buck!

Fantastic!
I stayed here for a total of six nights, 3 at the beginning of my trip and 3 at the end. I liked it so much that I came back. Simply put, the place is great. The rooms are large, sunny and very comfortable as well as being immaculately clean. The air conditioning was good and cold, the WiFi was solid and reliable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool and patio area were beautiful as well, and provided a welcome respite from the heat and dust of "The Pehn". The neighborhood is cool too, with a number of shops and restaurants and near the independence monument. There is even a row of "white people" bars and restaurants very nearby (street 308). I'd definitely stay here again, and I recommend it highly.

I am a repeat customer.
Good hotel. Spatious room, good shower, clean toilet. The best thing about Skyline Boutique is the cafe Republic in the couryard. I love having breakfast here feeling the sweet hot air of Phnom Penh. In fact this past week, I had not only breakfast but lunches and suppers there, too. I wish they expand the manu. Only thing that needs improvement is in-room WiFi. During the day, it tends to go weak and often stops. I;d like to see more stable WiFi environment.

Enjoyable stay at skyline, excellent facilities and location just around the corner from victory monument, nice little oasis with excellent pool , walking distance to loads of restaurants and the riverfront, staff - particularly the manager where very helpful extending our stay when the hotel was heavily booked in peak time

I could stay here for a good while.
Lovely friendly staff. Hotel and pool nice and clean. Breakfast was a little limited but delicous. Lots of lovely restaurants near by. "Luna" just up the road for Pizza my kids enjoyed. Cafe "Feel Good" across the road lovely too.

a truly central location, but noise next door!
This nice little hotel came as fully advertised with bright room and good location. The breakfast is in the adjoining Café Republic (served with fresh-baked French bread!), so you can always grab an iced coffee or juice for the pool or patio. A growing bar/restaurant scene is a 5-10 minute walk away, and the riverside is similarly close by tuk-tuk. The new shopping mall is also a 10-minute walk away. BUT: Noisy construction on the lot next door next door (literally 10m/10yds. from my balcony) meant loud hammering and clattering from the early morning hours to well into the evening. While it's hard to avoid noise in Asia, if this does bother you, you may wish to stay elsewhere in 2015 or try to obtain a room that is less exposed to the work.

Lovely Staff
We recently stayed at the Skyline Boutique Hotel whilst holidaying in Cambodia. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and never without a smile on their faces. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. We loved having our breakfast on the patio next to the pool. Location - it was a tuk tuk ride to the markets and river but we were quite happy with that (US$1) I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is a big plus. The pool was excellent for a refreshing dip after a trip to the pagodas in the sweltering heat. The biggest let down was the breakfast part, where they had a limited, preset menu.

It has potential
My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall we found the grounds and overall feel of the hotel very nice and peaceful. This hotel has a lot of potential to be a great boutique hotel. I would describe it as a guesthouse at this stage. Our main concern with Skyline was the rooms and their appointment. They just feel like they need a proper hotel designer to fine tune them a little. Little things like power plugs in completely the wrong places or missing altogether. Only one beside lamp. Furniture not up to hotel standards is also an issue. My main gripe when staying there was the shower head fixture which only allowed the water to stream from the wall horizontally. While the bed was very comfortable, it was paired with flat, cheap pillows. The service from all staff was excellent and they are to be praised for their customer service skills. Location is not the best but not terrible. We were lucky to be there at the coolest time of the year the therefore the 15min walk to the riverfront where you really want to be was not so bad. In the heat you would absolutely want to take a tuk tuk to get anywhere.

Absolutely lovely
As a travelling business man, I normally stay in large efficient soulless places, but had one night in PP and decided to try something different, I had a nice room, fairly basic, but it had everything I need, so why the 5 stars? because the room was on a ground floor courtyard of only about 8 rooms opening on to a lovely patio area with swimming pool on one side, and coffe shop on other, it could not have been more delightful, 10 steps out of my bed and I was swimming at 06.30 in the morning, Staff were helpful, the food simple but fresh and very nicely done, I could not have asked for more, will definately use them again,

Beautiful Villa hotel, perfect location!
The first night i arrived was midnight, and we got a room near the exception which looks very simple and not what we expected. Then next morning we required to change to another room and there was no problem at all. We changed to another bigger room which is in the garden and next to the pool, our room also has a kitchen. The hotel is like a villa, it's very beautiful, so many nice trees around, room is clean and no smells. Location is perfect, basically it's close to eveywhere within less than 5 mins tuk tuk. Staffs are very kind & friendly, the guy at the reception is very helpful, he suggested us to a local (All you can eat) BBQ restaurant, and it was cheap & food was amazing. Everything was perfect. The only thing is we were looking for 24hrs convenient store, and it's a bit far by walk.
