Hotel is large and nicely decorated. I utilized the pool and restaurants during my stay. The breakfast buffet was adequate and had a good assortment of food styles. The pool is quite large and cleaned everyday. The actual hotel location is not so good if you want to visit downtown tourist spots, etc. You have to either ferry or taxi anywhere from this hotel. Checkout was clunky and the systems were not integrated as far as room, mini-bar items, and hotel car reservations. Even after arranging with a car to airport the previous day, the front desk still had no car arranged. Lastly, I had to leave earlier than planned and had paid in advance for the stay (six nights). Even after working through Expedia, the hotel refused to provide a refund for the three days (US$445). So a poor way to end the stay and not very happy at all with this hotel chain. I'll be spending my travel funds elsewhere in hotels that can at least attempt to be service orientated and are a better value for the money spent.
