Staff and service were wonderful, the hotel just feels a bit dated and sad, it’s definitely seen better days and the location is well away from the action of Phnom Penh. If they lowered the price and attracted more people the atmosphere would definitely pick up. 5 star price with a 3.5 to 4 star finish. A lot better options available around.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in during Cambodia travels
Hotel is luxurious and spacious, in a great condition with great amenities and service. It’s right across the river from the main city but a bit inconvenient if you want to take a taxi to town as you have to go around to take the bridge. However, there’s a ferry that crosses the river that goes back and forth all day long until 9pm and will take you across for 500 riel. It’s a 5 min crossing that takes you right to the royal palace area and you can walk anywhere from there. Ferry is a 2 minute walk from the hotel pool area, 5 min walk from the front entrance. If you don’t mind a super simple boat with no ferry terminal, it is a very convenient way to get to town.

The lobby decor was magnificent! I loved the pool, fitness center, and gorgeous lobby. The rooms need to be renovated though. And there was no conditioner in the room though this is a five-star hotel. They could make better use of spaceman the hotel rooms. I had a 146-square meter room but when I checked in there was a big wide open space filled with nothing. The bathroom was very nice (great tub) but the flooring in the room and doors could use a renovation because they looked very old in both rooms I stayed in. They should also clean the windows, which were very dirty. Overall, nice hotel though and I would recommend it! The pool is amazingly big and the decor around it was elegant!

All aspects of hotel and facilities excellent - particularly halpful staff - In a quiet location with fantastic views over the river and city. Not particularly central with the river to be crossed but that is part of the attraction.

Fantastic hotel. Staff lovely, facilities second to none, rooms very large and spacious - as was the bed. Had a very nice 3 night stay here. A bit out from the centre but that’s no bad thing to escape the hustle and bustle of Phnom Penh.

Not like photos at all
Don’t trust photos on advertisements. The lobby and common area smells funny. Everything there looks OLD though the hotel opened only a few years ago. I’ve been to Cambodia many times, and never had problems communicating people. But hotel staff doesn’t understand English much. I saw only 8 customers in this jumbo property. The location is the worst. Nothing around. Far from city center.

Overpriced & Inconvenient Location
Hotel is large and nicely decorated. I utilized the pool and restaurants during my stay. The breakfast buffet was adequate and had a good assortment of food styles. The pool is quite large and cleaned everyday. The actual hotel location is not so good if you want to visit downtown tourist spots, etc. You have to either ferry or taxi anywhere from this hotel. Checkout was clunky and the systems were not integrated as far as room, mini-bar items, and hotel car reservations. Even after arranging with a car to airport the previous day, the front desk still had no car arranged. Lastly, I had to leave earlier than planned and had paid in advance for the stay (six nights). Even after working through Expedia, the hotel refused to provide a refund for the three days (US$445). So a poor way to end the stay and not very happy at all with this hotel chain. I'll be spending my travel funds elsewhere in hotels that can at least attempt to be service orientated and are a better value for the money spent.

Staff were friendly but couldn’t speak a word of English, photos do not represent accurately the state of the hotel. The photos are much nicer. The rooms were full of mosquitos. You have to go through a rotting meat market to access the hotel, the smell was horrid.

Everything is big but lacks detail. Water clogs in shower and over flows easily. Lobby is beautiful and well decorated for holidays. Breakfast spread is good but not enough servers to help with Coffee etc.
