Check in was quick and the staff was fantastic! After being gone on vacation to the Caribbean for the last 10 days this was our last night before returning to Yuma and they made it a great end to our trip. Thank you!

I had a huge snafu trying to get home from Burbank to Grand Junction CO. I made a last minute booking and was pleasantly surprised. Clean room, very comfy bed and right next to the airport with a shuttle. Easy peasy. The gentleman at the front desk was stellar at his job and went above and beyond to make sure all went well. I am sorry I did not get his name to give him proper recognition.

It was adequate for a traveler - very convenient to PHX. Clientele is noisy. Train outside. But that is me - I am not a city person used to these things. It was comfortable, clean and the people were very nice. The lounge looked like fun, but I just didn't have time to take advantage of it.

The individual at the front office left a lasting negative impression on me due to their extremely rude behavior. Unfortunately, they decided to cancel my reservation solely based on an issue with my passport. Despite expressing my concerns about losing the money I had already paid, the individual showed no empathy and simply responded with a dismissive "that's your problem." Their lack of professionalism and disrespect were truly disappointing. It is my sincere hope that the establishment considers employing more empathetic and well-prepared staff at the front desk who can effectively handle tired guests like myself.

The place was very dirty everywhere! There were shady people hanging out there with no room. The halls smelled like marijuana and the staff were very rude. I would recommend staying clear of this hotel. It’s unsafe!!

Staff were very friendly. I felt they went above and beyond with helping us with transportation. The maintenance gentleman helped with our luggage and and they picked us up somewhere other wthan the airport shuttle area.

I booked my reservation well in advance and even called earlier that day to confirm that our reservation for a bedroom with two queen beds was available. When we checked in they said they did not have any rooms available with two queen beds, so we had to take a king bed. The guy at the front desk then started activating six different room keys and got all confused. We were given the wrong key to the room and we had to come back downstairs to get the correct key. The room was super noisy and all we heard were airplanes flying by all night long I would not stay at this location ever again.

Check in was short and rude. Was not welcomed or given any run down on things like the parking situation or breakfast. On check out day, housekeeping tried to come into the room despite having the do not disturb sign hanging on the door, with check out not being for another 2 hours. Outside seems unsafe.

Room and bathroom were poorly designed. No closet space or drawers for clothing. Shower did not drain well since the drain was placed above the low point of the shower floor. The lighting was very poorly done since if you needed to use the toilet you have to basically turn on the light for the entire bathroom which then also shone into the bedroom. Saw quite a few homeless people nearby…especially by the Circle K. There was no housekeeping service after the first night, The AC was loud. The only plus was the proximity to the airport.

Property was ok. Bathroom set up was not ideal for a family of 4. “Door” was very hard to close and woke everyone up when turning on light for bathroom since there was no door. Tile floor also needed cleaned or replaced.

The facility was loud. The room we had was right by the bar and we could hear people playing pool and at the bar for some time at night. In addition I paid extra for a hot breakfast and when I was given the vouchers I was told to not count on there being anyone there to cook and sure enough there was no one there to cook so they told me to get something from the fridge or freezer with the vouchers! Disappointed in the stay and it was overpriced to begin with but since I had a credit I decided to book it when I had many other options!
