“Not the Ritz but very livable.”

This hotel is not fancy or in the best neighborhood, but the owner is a very nice, friendly man, the rooms are clean and comfortable and as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe staying there.

“Second stay, not the last.”

This is the second year in a row I've stayed at the hotel and won't be the last (have another review on this page already). Last year they were updating and doing some work, well it showed this year in the return. The room I had was LARGE, you could a full workout routine in there without a problem or bumping into anything. Jacuzzi worked great after two days of 9+ hours on my feet working in the Arizona sun. Bed is one of the most comfortable ones I've had, and I spend 5-6 months each year in hotels all over the country, not too soft and not too hard, just in the middle and perfect. Bathroom is a bit small, and they need to get those shower curtain bars that curve and give you more room, but that's about my only complaint. Front desk person was extremely friendly as she was last year (if it's the same girl). Neighborhood is not the greatest but not the worst. Had no problem walking to the store which is literally right next door around a fence, didn't see any strange activity or anything. You won't find many places to eat or stores though until you go down the road. The hotel doesn't look the greatest from the outside but well worth it on the inside.

“all the amenities on a budget”

desk concierge very friendly and courteous. very helpful in arranging transportation. I only spent 5 hours in the room because of the nature of my visit, but I would certainly stay there again if visiting pheonix

“Cozy”

As a single female traveling I felt very comfortable at this hotel. Enough so that I even went swimming at night. The staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way. I loved this cozy little hole in the wall. It was a much better experience than the ritzy 5 star hotel that I stayed at a few nights before. I would recommend staying here. I plan to come back to visit and will be making reservations to stay again!

“I felt special walking in the door”

I was made to feel like i was special walking in the door. the room was exactally what i needed, at a great price, and the staff made the trip so much easier. They knew where everything was in the area and were extreamly helpful. i would recemmend this hotel if you are staying in the area.

“Great Economical Place To Stay”

Perfect for the Money. This is one of the better places I've stayed at for the price with free wi-fi. The manager was very accommodating to our requests and comfort. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces.

The room was very nice and cozy. Only one little problem which was when we turned on the light the bulb burnt out.

The hotel was comfortable, well priced, and well located. The hotel management and staff were very accomodating. I highlly recommend this hotel.

“Home base for golf trip.”

This is the perfect place to use as a jump off point for the various golf courses in the area. It was simply a clean room with a nice bathroom and a hot shower. Not a place to stay as a vacation destination but a good place to park your stuff as you travel around the area. Well lighted parking lot close to room and various stores and restaurants close by. Friendly, professional staff.
