Christmas vacation
The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were flat, like not having any at all, and that's even stacking them. The toilet was SO low that it was terribly hard to get up from. It sat a good 6 inches below the side of the tub. The grounds were well maintained. The other guests were very loud and kept slamming their door into the early morning hours. I was unhappy that the price quoted by Hotels.com was not the price I got at the room, and there was no mention of a charge for my dog on Hotels.com, and there also was no mention of a refundable $50.00 deposit. Hotels.com said the motel would collect $74.28 @ check-in. I wound up paying $90.78. I will not go back!

This is a nice hotel but many of the units have families or people living there. So there is some loitering outside w bikes laying around and plastic chairs. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from inside the room. There is a kitchen and that is all I needed. Front desk staff was friendly.

Nasty room nasty mattress
We did not stay in this nasty hotel .I told them I wanted to look at room . The bed hadn't been made it was full of stains had a hole in mattress. The floor was nasty .There was NO AC .i can't even believe they would even rent this room. Let alone show it . It was a nasty nasty room

Don’t ever book here . This place is so dirty . They don’t wash the sheets or clean the rooms . It’s the worst place to try to stay at.

Well the rooms are supplied with everything you may need for your stay they upgraded me to a room that was infested with bugs my stay was very uncomfortable and I will not be a guest here again.

Staff made every effort to accommodate us. Friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. LOVED the pillows. Only issues arose from other occupants, but staff dealt with it well.

My room had alot of damage and the toilet ran every minute or so. I called front desk and they were gonna give me a different room. The manager showed up and tried to fix things. Said they were full booked and couldn't give me another room. By 10pm the toilet ran continously and would not fill back up so I couldn't flush. The persons in the next room ran their Tv all night and loudly! The rooms are in dire need of renovation and are very uncomfortable. I will not stay there again!!!!!

You get what you pay for
Spring training made everything in the area super expensive for the weekend I stayed so I was pleasantly surprised to find Studio six for under $100 a night. I've stayed in other Studio 6 properties and had good experiences. Positives: * The property was clean, well lit, and decent access from the main street. * I had no problems with parking. * Shower had lots of hot water. Negatives: * The bed was hard and there were only 2 very light blankets with no comforter. It got down into the 50's each night so I had to kick on the heat and I generally wasn't very comfortable. * The chairs they give you to sit on in the room are low quality and not easy to relax in. So while the room wasn't super comfortable, it allowed me to do everything else I wanted to around town for the weekend and saved me several hundred dollars.

Hospitality at its best
As allways my stay at studio 6 was amazing! The staff is the best ive seen and i travel a great deal of the time and stay in hotels and motels across the country.I consider this motel to be the very best of all i have stayed.

Awesome staff!
The management and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Regan very professional and made last minute changes for my family and I. Thank you for that! The rooms are a little run down, but it was recently bought out and are making changes. Again, the stall were all very friendly!

Perfect for medical trips!
My wife & I needed a place to stay that had a stove due to a medical condition she has. It was the perfect place. Very user friendly and the staff were awesome. This place was perfect for us since we were headed to an appointment at the Mayo Clinic both days that we stayed. It wasn’t too far and it was easily accessible. The room was very spacious and perfect for what we needed. Would highly recommend!

Della, thank you for the feedback.....depending on the number of days you stayed, that very well could be correct. It is at the core of all extended stay hotels, as all are managed the same.
