“Looking forward to the return!”

Arizona Biltmore far surpassed our expectations. There is no doubt, this resort offers something for everyone. The buffet breakfast at frank and alberts is worth every penny to start your day off right. The staff was nothing but pleasant and helpful. The sunset views of the Phoenix mountains were beautiful...especially over cocktails at wrights. For those who don't need to "be seen" the individual pools are nice and relaxing without the bustling crowd. For those traveling with kids or the young at heart, we loved the 18 hole championship putting course. Lastly, whatever you do...get a spa treatment!

“Good for all ages...”

Everyone in our family loved this hotel, with only two minor issues that hotel management should look into: 1- No coffee machines in the rooms. 2- It is a long walk to your car if you do self-parking.

“Terrific Place to Stay”

It was a beautiful hotel with gorgeous grounds and very clean rooms. It was super quiet and comfortable. Breakfast outside the cafe was a perfect way to start our day.

“Love it!”

The accommodations and property were beautiful, and the staff was attentive and helpful. We stayed in a non-smoking building, but someone was smoking on the balcony below us. I called the front desk, and they sent security right away to take care of it. I would absolutely stay here again.

“Very nice resort; would stay again!”

Very nice resort with beautiful grounds and up keep. A few small maintenance problems with our room (which can be expected in a resort this large and this vintage) none of which took away from the quality of this resort. All issues were addressed very promptly by the staff. All the staff members were very friendly and inviting. The beds were VERY comfortable, nicely appointed and very clean. Bathrooms were nicely stocked with quality shampoos, conditioners and body wash which is helpful when you only have carry on language and the TSA restrictions that come along with liquids. The drinks, restaurants and food around the resort are pricey, but this is also expected in a hotel resort complex of this nature. The resort featured multiple different pools to accommodate families, adults and kids individual tastes. Overall I would recommend this resort and I would stay again when visiting the Phoenix area!

“Great Mini Vacation”

The hotel is stunning. We stayed for two nights and it felt like a restorative week's vacation. The employees, especially at the restaurants are very helpful and professional. The concierge was also pleasant and knowledgeable. Our rooms were toward the back of the hotel, which was a bit of an enjoyable walk, especially since you have the lush gardens and beautiful fountains. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool area was also well kept with plenty of towels. We would definitely return to this hotel.
