“honesty”
We left behind a power cord to our computer and resort staff were kind enough to find it and mail it back to us. Honesty and Integrity are very important!
“Need Improvement”
We turned on the heat upon arrival and it stunk of burned dust and set the smoke detector off! Rooms need painting, dirty banged up walls. Toilet was leaking and I lifted the tank to adjust the flapper and it was so disgusting with scum that I called the Desk instead. Then the BR sink started leaking underneath. I actually didn't bother reporting it and threw a towel under the sink. Hotel needs to be competitive and include the breakfast buffet in the room charge (but don't increase the rate to do it!). Very important - you MUST have free coffee in the lobby. I shared the room with my mother who sleeps late, so I did not want to use the coffeemaker. When I went to the lobby, the desk person said to ask at the restaurant. I got one cup of coffee and a bill for $2!!!!! Your computers suck, they are slow and kept freezing up. And they click and clatter like PCs do when they are about to crash. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the outer BR counter was spacious for two and the maid service was fine. On our checkout day our party of 7 had the breakfast buffet right before 10 and the staff kindly left it out until we told them we were done. The two waiters were friendly and considerate. Basically, no problem with staff.
“Oldbut quiet and comfortable”
The rooms and restaurant are dated but I loved the quiet single floor room by the pool. No one was at the pool, but the staff told me it gets busy in December. A nice quiet place to stay in Mesa. Starbuck's for coffee. It would be nice if they offered complimentary breakfast to compete with suite type hotels in the area. Overall I would stay again on the off peak season. Staff very friendly and helpful,
“ok for a sleepover”
Not the most updated facility in town. It's comparable to Days Inn/Comfort Inn but a little cleaner but more rustic/retro look.
“Great place to stay”
I have been traveling to Mesa regularly for the last year and always stay at the Arizona Golf Resort. They always accomodate my room request for a room in the front as I usually arrive late. The rooms are always clean and ready, and there is an Albertsons right across the street if you need anything. Having a microwave and a refrigerator is a nice touch, makes it all that more comfortable. The food is great at Annabelle's, whether you order room service or eat in the dinning room. The staff is always friendly and helpful, on a few occasions I had to extend my stay at the last minute and they were always abble to find a room for me. I highly recommend this hotel for golfers and non golfers alike.
“wont”
Wont go back, but I don't think there is anything good in the area. The hotel is old and the grounds and rooms reflect that...
“Outdated.”
Lack luster hotel. Not terrible, however old and out dated. Floor under carpet uneven and creaky. Needs to be updated. Old tv, furniture and apliances.
“Great place to stay”
I have been traveling to Mesa monthly for about a year and have stayed there every time. The service is always great, rooms always clean, and the food is great to. I usually arrive late and request a room in the front whic they have always provided for me. Thanks to the staff for doing a great job, I highly recommend the Arizona Golf Resort
“Arizona Golf Resort, Mesa AZ”
Golf course was beautiful, rooms and pool were clean and well kept and service was very friendly. Computers that were available for internet were slow and room was not air conditioned, but having internet available for airline check in was nice. Would definitely stay there again.
“Nice ambiance”
The hotel has a nice setting and amenities. You have a nice view of the golf course which is very refreshing when temperatures rose to 113 degrees when we were there. I like their restaurant Annabel's and our server was very helpful and gave us tips to go to places with our limited and tight schedule. He gave us brochures too that can help us. Alas, i forgot his name but he's a great waiter!
