“Great Resort”
This resort was very clean and very beautiful. Our room was comfortable and clean. The only complaint, on Saturday night there was a banquet or something and we could not find a spot to park.
“Nice surroundings, but the rooms need updating”
Pretty hotel. I was there for a conference. With that said, old 19" TVs from the other side of the room are tough to see and there was a lot of building noise.
“Disappointed”
Service at the hotel was nonexistent, but I am OK with that. What bothered me is the excessive daily resort fee. For what? A below average pool, a broken hot tub, or a closed water park. We went because the water park sounded fun, too bad its closed. "Resort" didn't offer much after that. Stay somewhere else, or at least add the resort fee to what you think you are paying for this place to compare the value.
“great arizona resort”
Everything at this resort is first class from the service to the accomodations. The water park is great for kids but the other two pools give adults a place to relax. Villas are outstanding!
“5pm is too late in the day for housekeeping to clean our room”
Nice place, but housekeeping was very late in the day. At 5 pm, when they came, we are getting ready to go out for the evening. They need to change the schedule.
“we had a great time!”
The pools were great. They had entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights They had a poolside movie for the kids and local dancers along with music. We will definitely return.
“Awesome experience!”
This hotel was great. Had great amenities, such as the awesome water park, multiple pools, variety of restaurants to choose from. The downside to the hotel is they need to update the TV's. While every other hotel has flat screen TV's, this hotel has the old fashioned tube TV. The staff was very helpful. Would stay in this hotel again!
“LOVE THE WATER PARK”
WE LOVE THE WATER PARK INSIDE THE RESORT ALSO RESTORANTS AND STORES. NO NEED TO GO OUT OF PREMISE.
“Best thing about this hotel is marketing department”
This hotel looks nothing like the photos. It was so outdated that we had to upgrade to a villa (which are very nice) at a substantial price increase. The water park is great and the bell staff was particularly helpful. The on-site restaurants are not good. The two off property restaurants were both very good (but not great).
“horrible horrible horrible...not a RESORT at all”
NO customer service. had to find room and haul luggage to room-about a block away from parking lot. Literally was a "frat party" atmosphere at night. Absolutely NOT a "family" type atmosphere. Appalled that this is even REMOTELY referred to as a RESORT. Will NEVER visit this property again. Extremely irritated about the amount of money our family spent for pretty much a high school party motel.
