Cons: elevator to second floor...elders have a problem with heavy luggage.
Great for flying in and out of Phoenix airport. Only one restaurant nearby. No elevator although staff did offer to help with heavy luggage.

Pros: Close to Shy Harber airport & downtown Phoenix.
Cons: New sound proof windows would help.
Staff pleasant, pool & hot tub area nice, room was noisy due to the Sky Harber Airport and I-17 very close.

Excellent location, Lots of noise

Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: Great reception. Roadhouse restaurant was amazing. Pool was fantastic.
Cons: More of a welcoming feel. To be guided to a Vending machine for necessity of life such as water is unacceptable in today's world.
Location: Great location--1 mile from airport although planes start taking off at 2:00 am and you literally feel you are on the runway.
This hotel could use a bit more of a welcoming feel. Water jug for guests available to use would go a long way with guests as there is no breakfast provided which for us is a trademark of Best Western. Rodehouse restaurant was attached which had awesome service, great food at great prices. Don't order dinner, go between 3 and 6 and get 1/2 price appies for about $4.00 a plate. Don't order too many because the portions are HUGE!! Our room didn't have a fridge although it was state that it did. Wifi in the second room we rented was hopeless. Check out before you rent the room. Pool was lovely and well maintained and we did enjoy a dip in it.

Close to the airport

Posted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: The computer in the lobby allows you to print your boarding passes at the hotel. The shuttle to/from the airport is a nice convenience.
Cons: The resturant attached to the hotel.
Location: Only good thing is location to the airport. Nothing nearby without a car.
Our room was not ready upon our arrival at hotel. They put us in a room where we heard the planes next to a highway to hear traffic early in the morning. There was wi-fi available in the room, as well as a computer in the lobby. We scheduled a shuttle for 9:00am to the airport, we left the hotel at 9:30 and just made our flight. We got to the gate and they were boarding. This could have been avoided because the driver was there at 9:15, we told him we were in a hurry, then he went inside for who knows what. The food in the retaurant at the hotel is expensive and not the greatest. $10.95 for a hamburger and up depending on what you order. The hotel does provide necessities that may be packed in a suitcase, such as shaving lather, razors, toothbrushes, etc. which is a nice feature.

Too expensive for such a run-down hotel.

Posted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: location close to airport
Cons: The entire facility needs remodeling. They should offer complimentary breakfast.
The hotel appears old-fashioned and run-down (including the ancient Windows XP computer in the lobby - ever heard of security issues?). Simply not a cozy place. They don't offer complimentary breakfast, they only refer to a independent restaurant on their property - that's an inconvenience for travelers who need to get to the airport. I expect better from the Best Western brand!

無料の送迎付きの空港に近いホテル(モーテル)

Posted Mar 2, 2015

Lots of airport noise.

Lots of airport noise but having lived on an Air Force base the aircraft noise was tolerable if you used ear plugs. The hotel provided ear plugs for the guests. .
