Everything at the property was good but not great. The room was good but not great. Staff was good but not great. Breakfast was good. The pool area was OK. It was kind of hard to access. I got a rash on my legs after being in the hot tub and I’m not sure what caused it

Had an issue with my card on file with a fraudulent transaction and was frozen until I could contact the card company. The hotel tried to run my card before I go checked in and it was declined due to the recent activity. Instead of trying to call me and let me use a different card they just cancelled my room. Poor customer service if you ask me.

Close drive to Scottsdale. Our room was right next to the pool so it was a little noisy. Front desk staff was nice and the continental breakfast was good.

Changed hotels after two nights. Bed wasn't at all comfortable. Shower dripped nonstop. Loud location near a major road. Ok for a night or 2 but not a week

This is an mediocre property in a great area of Phoenix. Close to the Mountain Preserve with tons of good hiking as well as the Biltmore area for great food and shopping. The place is more of a Motel.... We had a pool-facing room and I would advise against it. Probably better to be on the back side of the building. Staff were helpful but not friendly. Room had a humid feeling and while fairly clean you could still smell old cigarette. For budget conscious travelers, it does the job. Just don't expect anything more than a Motel 6 as far as amenities and service.

Would have been five stars if the rooms were nicer. Shampoo dispenser fell of the wall and was inside the bath tube when we arrived. The pool was warm, breakfast was very good!

Definitely need a car if staying here. Nosiy as the windows rattle when you walk in the room. Can also hear the highway. Breakfast was included and had a nice selection. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub was clean.

The common area looked very dated. The breakfast was horrendous. Scrambled eggs cut into squares? Oatmeal like soup? No fruit or milk. Room was over powered by febreeze. Everything seemed below par…especially for $180. Yuck.

Came to the Best Western after checking out of another, awful hotel. The general manager was so kind when I arrived before 9am. I'd hoped to just check my suitcase for the day (I'd made the reservation in the wee hours), but he let me into my room, and noted breakfast was still being served if I wanted anything. It was a clean, comfortable place to land each evening while managing some family issues during the day.

Toilet in first room didn’t work. Got moved to new room and only one bedside light was working. Cops outside window looking for someone at 11pm. Television barely worked and the remote was extremely dirty. The only upside was that the beds were clean and the included breakfast was good. Staff were helpful.
