Staff was friendly ans helpful. They pais for our early morning lyft to the airport bc we had to leave before the shuttle was available at 5am. Really appreciated that! Check in was smooth..but the room wasnt clean. There was shampoo or something dried all over the tub, the bath mat was completely soaked (we were just staying a few hours and didnt intend to use the shower or i would've requested a room switch. Just wasnt worth the energy..crumbs all over counter tops, moved the night stand to plug in my phone charger, and all sorts of trash was behind it. My 9 year old wouldnt swim in the pool because there was globs of hair floating in hot tub and bobby pins all over the pool floor. I got a cheap deal on expedia for 109 vs the 140 they quoted when i calles the property. I understand you get what you pay for. Def Wouldn't stay again.

Rooms were not cleaned. Property is dirty. Staff would not even answer the phone. Called the front desk about getting clean towels and the phone rang for 20 minutes. Bad place to stay.

Bathroom shower plumbing was shot !! Needs to be redone along with vanity plumbing. Cable TV wasn't working upon entry.... staff finally got it fixed, but previous guest i assume unhooked it. Orher than that it was average stay. Staff was friendly tho.

It was very convenient to Phoenix/Gateway airport having gotten in late in the evening and being tired. Rented our car and scooted right out to "Legacy".

I stayed at Legacy 4 yrs ago, so I was happy to return, as I fly out of Mesa airport, the motel had major changes due to new management since ide been there, The Hilton purchased it & as of April 22 nd , renovation is to start taking place ! It’s located in a prime area, hopefully Hilton will run it better !

Close to Mesa airport. Lyft provided by hotel. The decor is older which makes it average. Some small items that need to be fixed. Broken bathroom tile. Bezels on handrail in bathtub not secure. Pillows were small.

It’s was clean. The carpet was aged. The bed had a new modem bedspread and new bedding. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom faucet was wiggly and the shower faucet too. Very nice breakfast for a quick breakfast. The staff was friendly. People are pretty hard on things. The carpet was the worst complaint. But overall decent and clean.

The remote did not work on the tv. We switched rooms and remote worked but only one channel and could change it. Shower valve was ready to fall off and could barely get it to adjust temperature. Thermostat for the ac was dead so we couldn't adjust temperature. Elevator doors got stuck half way open and alarms went off, we had to pry the doors open and then use stairs. All in all i would not recommend this hotel as there is deferred maintenance everywhere. Staff was kind and courteous, so my only reason for 2 stars

Our room wasn't ready despite it being 3:30 p.m. The carpet in our room (#104) was bunched up between the beds causing a potential tripping issue. Liked the fact the room was on the first floor. The morning breakfast was satisfactory with enough variety.

Was coming in after a wedding and looking for parking going towards the back of the hotel was a junkie all tweaked out coming out of the bushes and a few feet from that was 2 others drinking . It’s a shame because the hotel it’s self was very nice , clean and comfortable stuff like that going on ruins things .Would have given 5 stars but that was a complete turn off .
