Stinky Room

Posted Mar 19, 2014
Was informed upon arrival that the only room available was a smoking room. It reeked. My 2 kids & I smelled like cigarettes the entire next day.

Met expectations

Posted Mar 13, 2014
Pros: Reasonable price, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Cons: Bed wasn't great. Some road noise. Would have liked an exercise room.
Location: Fairly central for the Cactus league games we planned to attend. Didn't do much close by.
My son and I wanted a decent place at a decent price, and that is what we got. The room was fine, the breakfast good, staff were friendly and helpful.

Rude night staff

Posted Mar 10, 2014
The morning staff at the front desk was very polite and helpful however, the evening staff was unable to answer simple questions regarding AAA discounts, the female staff member that was at the counter was rude in answering questions, all while the manager was standing 3 feet away.

Wont be back

Posted Mar 9, 2014
Stayed here for two days. Couldnt cancel because of their policy. The beds were rock hard. There was a gap under the door about 2 to 3 inches, and their customer base was, well.... shady. They didnt answer the phone when you dialed the front desk, and did i mention that their customer base left little to be desired? It was close to the hwy so thats a plus and pool side is quiet. Just not comfortable nor a very safe enviornment in my book.

This was the most expensive place we stayed in Arizona but it was very nice and had the most comfortable bed for me. The staff was very friendly!

Not what I ordered

Posted Feb 26, 2014
The changed the room I was in without informing me or explanation. I had reserved a Non-smoking room with 1 king-sized bed I was instead placed in a smoking room with 2 queen sized beds. That in and of itself is not ideal but bearable but the room had an adjoining room and the neighbors smoke leaked through. They didn't give any explanation for the change or offer apology for not accommodating me the way I was booked. The hot tub was also ice cold.

Okay for the price

Posted Feb 2, 2014
Pros: I liked the price of the motel. The front desk people were very accommodating.
Cons: The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but it had a slight odor. It seems that we were put in a back corner not sure why.
Location: Metro Center and Christown which are shopping malls.
The people at the front desk were nice. It was real busy when we arrived so it took awhile for us to get checked in. To get to our room we had to go outside. The hotel has been in Phoenix for some time so it is not surprising that when the hotel was built that after we got off the elevator we had to go outside to our room. Not bad when we arrived but a bit nippy when we left the next morning. The hotel had only one elevator which made getting to the third floor time consuming for a trek up some narrow stairs.
