Customer service was excellent by all staff. Would suggest a better breakfast menu, but, otherwise everything was great. Enjoyed that restaurant was available on site, made it easier to not having to go out and eat after a long trip.

I made the reservation through Expedia for a 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and it clearly states not to call the hotel, so I didn't. When I arrived at the hotel they told me that my reservation was not in there computer and that they could offer me a king size bed room only, they only apologized and stated that their system was down when the reservation was done.

Location: quick acces to I10 but quiet
breakfast could be upgraded .... stale pastries. Overall the hotel was good value for the price. Bed very comforable. Bathroom clean and udated.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, nice surroundings...
Cons: Business printer...
Location: Location was good and fairly easy to find.. close to Hwy 10.
Enjoyed the hotel and the setting. Upgrades to bathrooms and other areas were nice and construction was being completed during my stay. Caused no problems. Only distraction came when I wanted to print out my boarding passes for the flight and the printer was not functional on their "business use" computer and no one could get it working. Great breakfast, nice outdoor pool and enjoyable little lounge.

Pros: I liked that it had been recently been remodeled and everything was new.
Cons: Nothing, it was perfect.
Location: lots of stores and restaurants around. Very close to the interstate.
The room was great, friendly staff and the breakfast was good!

A hotel in need of improvements

My daughter and I stayed there one night. The staff was quite nice but the hotel is in need of a serious remodel and updates. The continental breakfast was barely edible that we had to go out to breakfast to get a decent meal to start the day. And the hotel including the room had a somewhat funky smell to it. It was not a horrible night but I definitely would not stay there again nor suggest it to anyone. In hindsight, there are nicer and much more updated hotels only a few miles away.

Management has done a very poor job maintaining this property. Not only is it generally very dirty but it needs major repairs. The stairs look like temporary stairs used on construction sites. The shower sprayed water everywhere except out the nossel. The tv was a joke. Perfect day outside but yet a snowstorm on every channel. Do not stay here.

Location: It was very close to everything I neede.
Good value for the price, I chose this hotel sight unseen and I was pleasantly surprised, The staff was pleasant and accommodated my requests,
