Very bad experience.

First the lobby was locked so you have to talk to the front desk and check in through bars. This makes you feel unsafe to stay there. Then the room/furniture was not clean. Towels were old and has stains on them. Mattress was so overused and should have been thrown away. I didn't see anything that could make me a little bit comfortable, the room phone was not working, no shampoo supply, wifi was useless......if you need to talk to the front desk, you would have to walk outside to the parking lot and back to the front door to talk to them through the small window with bars.

Hotel From Hell

The hotel needs a major uplift! The first room bed was horrible! 2nd room used to be smoking and no way can be considered a non-smoking room! 3rd room, the only good quality was the bed was decent. There was only 3 working channels on the tv and horrific reception.

Dirty, smoke smell everywhere even in non smoking rooms. Ripped sheets, rubbish everywhere. Don't go there.

Probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. I mean we were grossed out the second we walked into the room. -Stains on the floor (not the usual ones...eww) -Towels had stains and other peoples hairs on them. -The water line broke and we were without water and couldn't shower. -Pillows had stains, mattress was covered in stains including the sheets. -Furniture was dirty and missing pieces. -The bathroom looked like someone went in and chipped pieces away from almost everything. -The spot to smoke was right outside our window, and surprise! Our window didn't fully shut. -Door to outside next to our room and people were in and out slamming the door all through the night. -Fridge had a science project growing inside. -Pool was closed, after being promised it would be open. -Hotel misplaced the fax from Hotels.com and so they assumed we were there for one night and tried to kick us out at 11am. Worst hotel experience ever. There are two hotels near by that look.way better, however the neighborhood is really sketchy amd everything goes into lock down at sundown.

the worker was more worried about closing the door behind us than checking us in. - there was a car with broken windshield and back window - i felt i should go home and get my bullet-proof vest. - we were afraid to look at sheets with black light, we might see bad critters. - breakfast was minimal, one danish left at 7am? packaged oatmeal was available, enuf hot water for 2 bowls. you get what you pay for. ill pay extra next time and stay at another area.

Wasn't the greatest...

First of all, the hotel lost my reservation, and it took about 45 minutes to get that sorted. Secondly, the room itself was super run down (i.e. The drawers in the dresser were falling out, the plugs in the wall were so loose that my phone charger and the lamp plugs kept slipping out, the chair in the room was busted). Third, the wifi barely worked. And finally, the continental breakfast was the saddest thing I've ever seen. They had instant oatmeal and store-bought "danishes". The one redeeming quality: the beds were fairly comfortable. Overall, I was not impressed.

We were doing a treatment on our house so we reserved a room for 2 nights. Our stay was pretty bad. When we first checked in, the room was already paid for through hotel. com. But we had 2 dogs so we had to pay $10 per night per dog. So I paid $40 cash for 2 dogs for 2 nights. We were told that we couldn't get our receipt until we checked out. When we got to the room, it smelled bad and the tv hardly worked. The site stated premium channels, wrong. There were 5 channels and the tv was fuzzy and statically. When I told the desk she was nice and said she would send maintenance cause they needed to reset the box, that never happened. The next day we had taken our 2 dogs back home and it was just me and my boyfriend ,so I asked the front desk if I can get a refund for the second night, since we didn't have the dogs and I figured since I paid cash it wouldn't be an issue, wrong. They told me no they can't give me a refund for the second night. Over all, our stay at budget inn was more stress and hassle and we will never stay there again.
