Nice clean hotel

Posted Nov 9, 2014
Pros: The room & bathroom were very clean.
Cons: It is not in a quiet location, it is right downtown.
Location: There is a lot to do within blocks of this hotel. Shopping, restaurants, sports venues, Chase Field, the University, concert venues.
The room & bathroom were very clean. The room had everything we needed. The staff were friendly. Check in was quick & easy.

Very clean, and safe motel.

Posted Nov 8, 2014
Pros: The proximity to downtown area.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Close to Comerica theater and dining.
I was a little hesitant to stay, but the room was very clean and I felt very safe. It was within walking distance to dining and the venue we were going to. I would recommend this motel, the price was right for an overnight stay.

Nice place .. scary neighborhood

Posted Nov 8, 2014
Pros: I was surprised at the level of cleanliness and condition of the room. Best shower I ever had in PHX!
Cons: Be at Lake Tahoe?
Location: It's noisy facing a main street and the homeless / disturbed folks hang out at the MacD on the corner. There is also a fire station across the street!
Not a bad place .. just a bit on the loud side and you are deep down town.

Wi Fi worked better than any Hotel I've tried.

Posted Oct 25, 2014
Pros: It was less than 1/2 mile from ASU downtown Campus School of Journalism building, I had to Work there.
Cons: Neighborhood is a little dark and quiet at night. not too many people wandering around. I felt safe but would not walk around at night.
Location: Neighborhood was quiet. Downtown Central location. Motel had a security code to get to the stairs to second level. Security good. Well lit parking lot
Business type area, I felt safe but would not walk around at night. Great Wi Fi. Friendly Staff.

Close to downtown.

It worked for sleeping. Old building that had a musty odor. Not the greatest part of town, but if you use the room to only sleep it will work. Front desk little less than friendly and handed us old swipe key with old paper holder for card. I'm not the biggest germaphobe, but not pleasant.

Rough looking place downtow

Posted Oct 6, 2014
Staff was nice and easy to get along with. Lost power at the hotel for roughly 24 hours with no reimbursment or discounts of any sorts. Would not recomend this place to anyone in the future
