Room key card

Electronic room key had to be re-set each day, annoying. Attendants acted as it was no big deal. Other people having the same problem.

NO IN ROOM SAFES AND NOBODY MANS THE DESK SO ANYBODY CAN WALK IN AT ANY TIME DAY OR NIGHT.

We enjoyed our stay at Fountain Hills Comfort Inn. The breakfast was excellent! We plan on returning to this hotel in Dec of 2014. Very close to our family!

Couldn't be happier!

This hotel was wonderful! We were there for my granddaughter to be evaluated at the Mayo Clinic. The hotel manager couldn't have been more thoughtful and accommodating. They take special care to ensure all of their guests are comfortable and have everything they need. They have a great breakfast buffet and a very nice staff. But they go even more out of their way to accommodate those people visiting the Clinic, about four miles away on the same street. They have a shuttle to and from the Clinic at your appointed times, and they even have lifts for handicapped people to use the hot tub or pool. The rate was exceptional. My favorite part? The cleanliness of the carpet!The next time we visit the Mayo Clinic, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
